A Kenyan woman has admitted that her spouse passed away with no mention of any assets.

The widow explained to Maina and King'ang'i in the morning that she and her children are currently living in abject poverty despite the fact that her husband left behind wealthy estates.

"My husband died on May 15th," she told Maina.

Adding, "He had money in his account that we can't access. He also had land in Naivasha and he didn't disclose where the property is and how many acres it is."

"As we speak, I am in Ruaka, living in a house without electricity with an electricity bill for Ksh 88K. His family says their son didn't have a wife and kids. I am now a hawker in Ruaka."

This comes after Maina Kageni on Classic 105 questioned listeners about why males don't reveal their property to their partners.

"Guys, why don't you tell your women where your possessions are? Maybe the wife is somewhere suffering because where is he? Fellas, does your wife know how many properties you have? The money you have in your account?"
