Stevo Simple Boy introduces wife during father's burial

Rapper Steven Adera aka Stevo Simple Boy is married. The singer introduced his wife Grace Atieno during the burial of the singer's father Antony Adera. 

"I am the last born of Antony Adera and this is my wife," he said.

An emotional Grace could not finish her speech; "I am married in this family by Steven, I feel bad for losing someone that I loved."

Simple Boy had in the past kept his wife on the low-key as he created a buzz about his love life. He was in a long-term relationship with Pritty Vishi, who came into the limelight thanks to Stevo.

In a past interview with Kalondu Musyimi, Vishi said he wouldn't credit Stevo for her success as they both helped each other.

"Through me, he was able to leave his terrible management...I brought light to the challenges he was having....helped people understand him and know he wasn't okay. Through me, he was able to move from the place he was. So if it's credit.... we credit each other 50/50." 

Pritty Vishi admitted that when she first came to the limelight and people started calling her "kienyeji" it really got to her and hurt her feelings. She didn't understand why they'd do that.

"At first I felt bad... a lot, it bothered me. I used to think to myself how do these people view me? Why do they view me like this? But it got to a place I just understood people will always talk, if you're pretty they'll brand you names, if you're not pretty they'll troll you. You'll be called everything so I just took the name." She said.
