Maina and King'ang'i had a conversation in the morning about why Kenyans are engulfed with so much bitterness.
Maina was dissatisfied with the state in which politicians leave Kenyans after every election.
"Why do we entertain these politicians? I think we need to ask ourselves some questions If they gonna put us in a hole after every election must we go through this!" Maina asked.
Mwalimu King'ang'i agreed, stating that Kenyans are mad about everything and easily agitated because nothing seems to make them happy these days.
"Kenyans are so mad. Umekasirikia bibi, makanga, mtu wa gas. What even makes you happy nowadays," Mwalimu King'ang'i said.
Maina then asked Kenyans what was making them angry, emphasizing the importance of addressing the issue.
"Hii bitterness imetoka wapi? Because we must confront these issues," Maina asked.
A caller then stated that what makes them angry is that politicians only care about their own interests and not the interests of the people who elected them.
Caller: Ile kitu imefanya hii makasario itokee ni ubinafsi, mimi nataka kufaidika , mimi ndio kingpin ,na tukiondoa Ubinafsi nchi itaendelea vizuri.
Another caller expressed dissatisfaction with Kenyans' high expectations of politicians, arguing that a politician will always be a politician and that shows us that they go to church and pray is nothing.
Caller: There bitter kwa sababu ya kudanganywa mwanasiasa hawezi badalishwa na kanisa . A politician is always a politician wakenya wakona matumaini kubwa but wanavunjwa moyo.
