In the morning conversation today, Maina and King'ang'i had a discussion about how people are still married to partners they are no longer fond of because of something that they discovered about them later in the marriage.
After talking about yesterday's protests, Maina shifted gears and talked about marriage asking Kenyans to share their stories about what they discovered about their partners after they got married.
"Let's talk about marriage do you still like person that you're with right now? What is your story ? What did you find out about your partner when it was too late?"
In response, a caller explained how she ended her three-year marriage after discovering the partner was manipulative and controlling.
Caller: Maina I got married to this guy for almost three years and left him because I realized later he had a toxic behavior of controlling somebody.
