On Sunday morning, Brian Chira's grandmother made her way to the City Mortuary, where her grandson, the TikToker Brian Chira, lies.
Dressed in all-black attire with white shoes and a black mask, she entered the mortuary compound. Moments after beholding her grandson's body, she succumbed to tears.
Chira passed away on the morning of Saturday, March 16th, 2024, in a suspected road accident.
A family member of Chira appealed to his fans to unite and assist in covering the funeral expenses.
"The TikTok community and all his fans, it's true, Chira has passed away. He has left us, and we plead for strength from God.
As we stand here in the mortuary witnessing the aftermath of the tragedy; he was involved in a severe road accident, sustaining a fatal head injury," he expressed.
Continuing, he urged, "I implore us to come together if we held affection for Chira. Now that he's departed, we must orchestrate the necessary arrangements.
Despite any differences, Chira was a commendable young man. I understand many are grieving like myself, but we must maintain faith in God," he concluded.
