2023: Kenyan celebrities who got married this year

Marriage is a lifetime commitment and not a game of trials.

In 2023, Kenyans witnessed a number of weddings as their favorite celebrities ditched the bachelors and bachelorette clubs to settle down with their significant others.

Coincidentally, most of those who walked down the aisle in 2023 are from the political class followed closely by journalists.

Akothee and Omosh

Celebrated Kenyan singer Esther Akoth aka Akothee tied the knot with Denis Schweizer in a lavish ceremony on April 10th at the laxarious Windsor Golf Club and Hotel along Kiambu Road.

However, their marriage ended after only two months. Later, Akothee confirmed that her marriage to Denis ‘Omosh’ Schweizer ended days after their honeymoon.

The mother of five confirmed that she walked out of her short-lived marriage back in June when she and Omosh were on honeymoon.
