Nigerian Actress Regina Daniels is in a celebratory mood after the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of Nigeria declared her husband, Ned Nwoko, the winner of the Delta North senatorial seat.

In a post shared on her Instagram, Regina expressed her heartwarming message of joy and appreciation to the people of Delta for showing their support and electing her husband as the Senator.

"Anioma Kwenu !!!!!!!The race is finally over and it’s with a big heart filled with immense gratitude that I say a big thank you to the great people of Anioma and everyone who supported and saw the victory of my husband, Prince Ned Nwoko as senator Elect for Delta North.

"The people have chosen and they chose wisely, let the good works begin, Anioma will be great again. God bless the great people of AniomaGod bless Nigeria 🇳🇬 I am glad Nigeria has won a person who will drive positive change for the people …. Anioma kwenu !!!!! Hei !"

Notwithstanding the controversy, surrounding the age gap between Regina Daniels and Ned Nwoko and the fact that Ned Nwoko has other wives, the couple did not let it bother them and continued with their traditional wedding.

Ned Nwoko was born on 21st December 1960 while Regina Daniels was born on 10th October 2000, making an age difference of 38 years.

The two love birds have been blessed with two beautiful sons, Munir Nwoko, who is the firstborn but not the biological kid of Ned Nwoko, and Khalifa Chimka Nwok, the second born.
