How the launch of The Real Housewives of Nairobi went down (Photos)

On Tuesday, all roads led to the Windsor Hotel and club for the official screening of the much-anticipated The Real Housewives of Nairobi.

The invite-only event brought together the cast of the #RHONairobi , crew, members of the Fourth Estate, and other different stakeholders in the creative industry.

Those present got the opportunity to watch the first episode of the upcoming reality show that will premiere officially on Showmax on Thursday 23, 2023.

The cast for the #RHONAIROBI arrived at the venue in style- riding in high-end cars putting in display the class that comes with the show.

Lisa Christoffersen, a cast member was the first to arrive at the venue driving her red-rally car.

Content creator Sonal Maherali pulled up to the venue in a white limousine, Vera Sidika came in a Black Bentley, escorted by a black Toyota TX.

Minnie Kariuki arrived in a black Mercedes Benz accompanied by bodyguards. Businesswoman Susan Kaitany came to the private screening in a Black G-wagon.

The occasion was also graced by high-profile celebrities among them;  Michelle Ntalami, Homeboyz Radio’s Lotan, Mwende Macharia, Mollage, Eugene Mbugua, Amina Abdi Rabar (Host), and DJ Pierra Makena among others.

Speaking at the launch, Eugene Mbugua, The Real Housewives of Nairobi's producer said he is super elated to have worked with the team.

Mbugua’s D&R Studios (formerly Young Rich Television) is also part of The Real Housewives franchise licensed as a format by NBC Universal Formats, which is part of Universal International Studios, a division of Universal Studio Group.

The first episode is set to premiere on Thursday, February 23 on Showmax.

Vera Sidika said the show will give her a chance for people to see the other side of her.
