Maina Kageni engages his Listeners on the Finance Bill 2024 amid public participation

The proposals are open for public participation to incorporate public views before the Bill is assented into an Act of Parliament by 1 July 2024.

Maina and King'ang'i engaged with their listeners about the Finance Bill being open for public participation.

Maina said, ''Last month, Kenya published the Finance Bill, 2024 which proposes a wide array of tax and administrative measures affecting different tax laws.''

The proposals are open for public participation to incorporate public views before the Bill is assented into an Act of Parliament by 1 July 2024.

''All those conversations we’ve had about the new proposed finance bill, 2024 what are your expectations? Do you think those views to be heard?'' Maina asked.
