Maina Kageni and Mwalim King'ang'i are advising road users to be careful as so many lives have been lost through road accidents this year.

The duo use their platform; Classic 105, to sensitize their listeners on the topic.

"I am speaking as a driver. Before we start blaming NTSA unaona driver anaendesha vile anataka. Ambia driver aendeshe gari pole pole," said King'ang'i

He added;

"Wewe si cabbage. Also, if you have pressure, you don't need to drive. NTSA is like a football coach, you are the player, they can't get into the field and tell you how to play."

Maina asked whether we will ever be able to attain the discipline in our roads "We see authority as something to rebel against," he said

King'ang'ii said the answer is in our hands "Hio maisha ni yako, si reheasal. We are losing so many lives and we are just in April."

According to National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA), 1,189 lives have been lost through road accidents since January this year.

These deaths occurred between January 1st, 2024 and April 1st, 2024.
