Nominated Senator Karen Nyamu has ignited a debate on social media with her claim that she has essential advice for men on identifying genuine women.
On her Instagram account, Nyamu asserted that a true woman doesn’t demand many things from her partner. According to her, a genuine woman will only ask for food and time—nothing more.
“Realest girls don’t want anything but food, time, and attention,” Nyamu wrote, sharing a photo of herself.
However, some men strongly disagreed, suggesting that while many women may not explicitly state it, financial support is often a key priority in their relationship goals.
“You might not say it, but it’s at the top of the list,” Brian commented.
“🙌🙌 This is the first time I’ve seen a woman not mention money in such discussions 😂,” another user said.

Recently, Nyamu has faced criticism online due to her position on the failed 2024 financial bill. A few weeks ago, she took her grievances to the Senate, alleging online insults and a loss of over 10,000 Instagram followers.
