Twitter bigwigs plan parallel X space at a time Ruto will be engaging Kenyans on X

A section on Kenyans on X (formally Twitter) has planned a parallel X-Space when President William Ruto will be engaging with Kenyans.

On Thursday, State House Spokesperson Hussein Mohamed made it public that President Ruto will be engaging with Kenyans in an X-Space dubbed #EngageThePresident.

"Engage President William Ruto tomorrow," the State House spokesperson said. 

“All Kenyans are welcome to contribute to this dialogue as part of our collective effort to foster national renewal and create a better Kenya for all,”.

The X Space will take place from 2 pm to 5 pm.

However, in a quick retort, Bigwigs on X also put out a poster announcing that they will also be hosting a parallel X-Space from 2 pm till late.

The act has elicited mixed reactions among Kenyans on the X-Platform with many of those who enjoy a huge following promising to join the parallel X-Space.

X has a platform known as Space where live audio conversations take place.

Anyone can join, listen, and speak in a Space on X for iOS and Android. One can also listen in a space on the web.

All Spaces are public-like posts, which means they can be accessed by anyone.
