Attorney General (AG) Justin Muturi’s son, Leslie Muturi, has gone missing under suspicious circumstances, believed to be either a case of kidnapping or arrest by unidentified individuals in Nairobi’s Lavington area.
AG Muturi confirmed that Leslie has not yet been located.
"He has not yet been found," AG Muturi stated in a message on Sunday around 11:30 am, adding that the matter has been reported to the police.
Embakasi West MP Mark Mwenje disclosed the incident on Saturday night, June 22, while standing beside the four-wheel-drive vehicle Leslie was using at the time of his alleged abduction.
Police have stated that they currently lack information about the individuals involved in the disappearance of the approximately 40-year-old man.
