Tanzania singer Marioo and his girlfriend Paula Kajala have welcomed a new born into their family days after their grand baby shower.
Paula shared the heartwarming news on Instagram, captioning her baby bump photos with, "The butterflies in my belly turned into 2 tiny feet🥺❤️."
Two weeks prior, the couple hosted a gender reveal party attended by Paula's celebrity parents and members of the entertainment industry.
During the event, Paula's mother, Fridah Kajala, took the opportunity to extend an apology to her daughter's father, P Funk Majani, acknowledging any past misunderstandings.
"I am sorry if I wronged you in any way; you are the best dad and I love you," she expressed.
Marioo and Paulah commenced their relationship following Paula's separation from singer Rayvanny. Despite rumors circulating about their impending parenthood, they maintained a low profile regarding the pregnancy.
Recently, Rayvanny, Paulah's ex, refuted speculations that his latest song was dedicated to her after the announcement of her pregnancy.
He clarified that the track was a tribute to all expectant women, inspired by observing a pregnant woman during a flight.
"I was on a flight and there was a pregnant woman in it, and I kept thinking to myself that women go through a lot for our sake.
When a woman decides to get pregnant, it's not a small thing; women are the ones who give birth to us. I wanted to do a song to appreciate all women who are expectant and those who have already given birth," Rayvanny explained.
