On Today's Morning Conversation, Maina Kageni was curious as to whether Kenyan women understand what 'For Better For Worse' means.

The question was posed to him by a friend.

According to the friend, most Kenyan women only hang around for the good times, and once that's over they disappear.

How true is it?

*Carol called in saying as long as the men spend time with their buddies during good times, they shouldn't expect the wives to stick around during bad times.

"For better or worse cannot work with Kenyan men.

When he is good he does not even look at you, he spends his time with his buddies and his side chicks.

He forgets he has a wife but when he is sick am expected to take care of him?

If he is worse he should go back to his mum and his side chick.

That is the time I will go out kutafutia watoto wangu."

Mwalimu was not impressed

"It's OK she has just confirmed our worst fear."

Maina Kageni advised

"How you treat your woman determines how she will react to you, Unless you get that we will always have this problems."

*Daisy called in saying the kind of partner you marry matters.

"Last year my husband lost his job, we still live in the same house and our kids still go to the same school.

He was a good man and I will take care of him until the doors open.Ladies,  Marry a good person look for a generous man and not a rich man.' She weighed in
