Kenyan actress Winie Bwire has spoken out to refute death claims made against her by wicked individuals on the internet.

The Sultan actress shared a message in which a social media user announced her alleged death, criticizing the action with the strongest words out there.

She then asked her supporters to help her report the page behind the false story so that the post could be deleted.

Bwire assured her followers that she if fairing on well and there was no need for panic.

“Anyone who knows these people please report them and have them pull this post down. I have reported it but it is still up. I’m very much ALIVE and progressing well on treatment as I await to travel for further specialized treatment hence the fundraiser,” Bwire shared in part.

The actress who is battling cancer went on to wonder why people can be so evil to the extent of spreading such rumours.

“I’m not sure what nincompoop would start such a rumor especially when they don’t know me on a personal level nor have they been with me on this journey.

“I WILL LIVE AND NOT DIE! The resurrection power of CHRIST is alive in me, and I am free and healed in Jesus' name! And if it’s just to make your page TREND- Karma is a B. Don’t mess with it. Gosh, I’m so angry!!!!,”

She advised netizens to be careful when sharing or commenting on unverified news.

“Before copy-pasting and sharing such sensitive matters, try to confirm its legitimacy first. Be aware of your sources,” Bwire added.

For the past few months, the actress has been running a fundraiser for specialized treatment in India as she battles cancer.

An update put up by Bwire shows that she has managed to raise at least Sh2.7 million out of the required Sh7 million.
