Proud Zari spends time with her dad weeks after shock wedding

The socialite was seen having fun with her husband Shakib at a club in Uganda.

Socialite Zari Hassan has been in her native country, Uganda for the past few days. The mother of five children and her husband, Shakib Cham Lutaaya who recently tied the knot (Nikah) have been publishing various events of their visit to their mother country.

Zari announced the tour over the weekend through her Instagram page. "Home sweet home," she wrote in a photo that showed her standing outside her luxury home in Uganda.

On Monday, she revealed that she shared a day with her biological father where she helped him with farm work.

She published a video of herself harvesting crops in the field and hinted that despite living a luxurious life in the city for many years, she still has not forgotten the work of farming as hse was taught by her parents years ago.

"Spent the day with pops at the farm. He's still out here wondering how, after 23 years of Johannesburg skyscrapers, Sandton life in the fast lane and Pretoria parliamentary avenues haven't changed me. 

It's values pops....values. I was given that growing up, and it still lives me. I will hold onto that forever and a day," she said.

In other videos she posted on her Instastories, she was seen having fun with her husband Shakib at a club.

The two seemed very happy while playing with other friends. Zari also showed another video where they were all in a car while showing off her wedding ring.

"Happy labor day from Lutaaya's," she captioned the video and attached a ring emoji. The couple got married in a private ceremony which was attended by a small number of people.

In the pictures and videos of the event, the lovers were seen wearing Islamic clothes while they were all sitting on a mat spread on the floor.

Shakib was seen getting down on one knee and happily putting a ring on Zari's wedding finger before the two exchanged kisses while the few people who attended the event celebrated with applause.
