Tanzanian singer Alikiba's firstborn son is celebrating his fourth birthday today.

Kiba’s firstborn son with Amina is called Keyaan and he turned four years old.

Through his parent's Instagram pages, Keyaan's birthday was marked differently.

Alikiba shared a photo of his son wishing him a happy birthday while his wife shared a photo of a birthday cake.

Kiba wrote;

"Happy birthday babaa @keyaanalikiba ❤️ ALLAH akujaalie elimu ya dunia na akhera na akujaalie umri mrefu wenye faida."

AliKiba and his Kenyan wife Amina officially divorced last year.

Amina shared a photo of an open cage with a bird flying away and captioned it “Officially free”.

She filed for divorce from her husband just three years after the two held two very lavish and colorful weddings in Mombasa and Dar es Salaam.

Their wedding is estimated to have cost around Sh50 million.

Well, it turns out Kiba did desperately try to fight for his wife.

According to a source close to the two Ali has tried numerous times to try and make things right with his wife but she is not having any of it.

“Since she filed for divorce, Ali Kiba has travelled to Kenya so many times incognito to try and sort things out, but Amina appears to have made up her mind,” the source revealed.

In the papers filed at the Mombasa Kadhi’s court, Amina said the marriage was “irretrievably broken and her prayer was to have it annulled since there was nothing else left to fight for in the union”.

Amina cited constant squabbling with the singer, his friends, and family members who lived with them in their matrimonial home after their marriage.

In the suit, Amina claims she left her matrimonial home in Tanzania around October 2018 due to her mental health while pregnant and as a result of the conflict with Kiba and his family.

“The petitioner (Amina) delivered her firstborn on February 19, 2019, and as is the cultural tradition of the Muslims in Mombasa remained at her family home for 40 days,” Amina’s petition reads.

She said upon returning to her matrimonial home in April 2019, she found out that the living arrangement at Kiba’s home was not conducive to her mental health.
