Popular dancer taunts Moya David after patenting his dance style

Kenyan dance content creator Only Lit Boy has posted a video on his Instagram page taunting fellow TikToker turned entrepreneur Moya David.

This is after Moya announced that he has copyrighted his signature dance moves, warning people copying him that they might land into serious trouble.

Speaking at the launch of his new shop in Kitengela, David said he had to take a patent for his dances because for a while now he's been seeing people misusing it while others copy it without even realizing that he is the founder of that type of dance.

I wonder how one can misuse a dance move though.

Two days after the announcement LitBoy has taken to his socials parading the very said dance that Moya had warned if copied one might face legal action.

In his video, while dancing to the popular song "Mi Amor" by Marioo and Jovial, Lit Boy appears to a lady and tries to wow her with his moves.

He then goes on one knee and gives her a kabambe phone as she joins in on the dance.

Lit Boy captioned the video, "Me waiting for the Legal Action 😂😂😂😂if you know you know 😂🚀"

The video has gained a lot of traction with currently over 5200 views and over 300 comments.

Fans seemed to rally behind him as most thought it was greedy and uncalled for, for Moya to copyright his dance moves as Marioo and Jovial had allowed him to make money off their song without any charge.

Instagram users encouraging Lit Boy even volunteered to help him with legal fees if need be while others enjoying the taunting asked LitBoy to venture into the beauty and salon business so that Moya can find something else to be madly pressed about.
