She paid me well - Rose Muhando's director admits after video drama

Gospel singer Rose Muhando accused his director Joowzey of ruining her music video to the song 'Kama Mbaya Mbaya."

Muhando said: "You kept us until late in the night. I paid you and took a long to give me the video. Why have you done this to me? You misspelled my name and gave out a black video, people can't even see their faces in this video? 

Have you been sent to destroy me?' she asked.

The director admitted that Muhando had paid him money for four music videos in advance. He had shot two music videos already and was planning for the other two.

"She paid me and paid me well," he said

On why he gave Muhando a low-standard video, he defended himself;

"That was a first cut video and I was shocked why it was uploaded."

Adding;

"It's just a little misunderstanding, Madam Rose and I are on good terms. We've been chatting."

Joowzey said he had had a meeting with the 'Nibebe' hitmaker and her management and had ironed the issues out.

On why he also misspelled her name in the music video, yet he had worked with her before, he said;

"I am human, and typing errors happen. No one is complete, there's room for a person to re-edit."

"She spoke with feelings because she thought there was something wrong. It looked like there was someone who had paid me to do something different from what we had agreed with her. No, that's not the case, she is my client and I can't ruin my job. We spoke and I spoke with the management as well."
