The rivalry between Bahati and Willy Paul seems to be escalating as the days go by. The two have never exactly been close friends but they kept their relationship amicable when they were still releasing gospel jams a few years ago.
But it seems that with both musicians moving to more secular territories in their careers, they have stopped pulling punches.
This past week Willy added more fuel to the fire when he went for the jugular while attacking Bahati’s relationship with his wife, Diana Marua.

Not only that, the singer even dissed the “Mama” singer for his soft singing voice. Speaking of their beef during his interview with Jalang’o, Pozze clarified that they were good buddies before attacking Bahati for his soft voice.
According to Pozee, the chances are high that Diana rules in the house and orders Bahati around which is not typical of the African family setup.
“There is nothing I want from him. I respect him as someone who has curved his own path to the top. But I’ll tell him to find something that can break his voice. When he’s with Diana in the same house, who do you think becomes submissive? Just that voice, is a no!”
This isn’t the first time that Willy has gone after Bahati. A few months ago he mocked his fellow singer while speaking coincidentally to Jalang’o.
Willy then went on to brag about his genes and how many pretty ladies fall for him. “Mi hukuwa tu na chemistry poa na wasichana warembo. Wengine wanakuja, I have lots of surprises ahead. If I chat with you in your DM and you go expose it out there, you must be stupid. Settle and let’s talk. My seed is a blessing!”
Adding:
“It’s just that girls don’t know. A seed that comes from me to you, can completely change your life. Even if you get pregnant, you will give birth to a very intelligent and tough baby.”
