‘We’ve buried him but can’t accept,’ Njoro of Papa Shirandula struggles

Kenneth Gichoya aka Njoro of Papa Shirandula is struggling to come to terms with the fact that Charles Bukeko is no more. Speaking exclusively to Classic 105, Njoro said they have been friends for over ten years and the fact that Papa’s death was sudden came as a shock to Njoro.

‘I AM FINE BUT STRUGGLING WITH THE DEATH OF PAPA SHIRANDULA. WE HAVE BURIED HIM BUT I HAVE NOT ACCEPTED IT. THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO GIVE YOU ‘NOTICE’ MAYBE THEY WERE SICK BUT WHEN SOMEONE JUST DIES, IT’S HARD TO ACCEPT,’ HE SPOKE EXCLUSIVELY

At first Njoro thought that Papa Shirandula had only been killed by online users who fake celebrities’ deaths

‘IT’S NOT THE FIRST TIME HE HAD BEEN KILLED BY BLOGS, I HAVE ALSO BEEN KILLED THREE TIMES BUT IT WAS JUST FALSE NEWS. WE HAD TALKED TWO WEEKS AGO AND WHEN A FRIEND OF MINE CALLED ME WITH THE NEWS I TOLD THEM THAT IT WAS ‘WALE MABLOGGERS’.’

Papa Shirandula was buried on Monday at his home in Busia.
