More and more local celebrities are joining the healthy living bandwagon with TV presenter Victoria Rubadiri being the latest to join the gym to keep fit.
The curvaceous damsel has been training hard since last month and going by a photo she shared on her Instagram, it is obvious that her body is slowly adjusting to the ‘torture’ after all ‘No Pain No Gain’.
Victoria shared the news of her workout progress and here is the post followed by the before and after photo
“So my trainer @vinitaotieno wanted to measure my progress and asked that I wear the same outfit I had on during our first day of training. The two photos are a month apart (the one on the left being the first day of training). This has been a transformative experience for me thus far and I haven’t even scratched the surface when it comes to my ultimate fitness goals. But it’s a start. Thanks @vinitaotieno for sticking with me on this journey up until this point. Can’t wait to see what fitness levels we’ll hit as we progress. #followmetofit 💪🏽”
Recently night nurse Talia Oyando also shared her weight loss journey opening up on what works for her and what doesn’t, urging those who want to start working out to start NOW.
According to Talia, procrastination is not good and being your own motivation is the only way to succeed in this journey, after all if you want a slaying body you must be ready to work for it.
