Businessman Mike Sonko seems to have broken the vow he made to himself several months ago that he would stop drinking alcohol.

After the swearing-in of President Ruto, Sonko visited State House Nairobi and revealed that he found that the environment had changed and the gospel that was being preached there was only about tea.

And he challenged himself to stop drinking alcohol as one way to maintain his friendship with president William Ruto who is an exemplary survivor.

But on Wednesday, the businessman, who does not know how to hide secrets, revealed again by showing a picture that he had a rare opportunity to visit the Keroche liquor company and taste some of its alcoholic drinks.

He uploaded a picture of them hitting the bottles of Keroche wine with the owner of the company which has been going through many challenges in recent years in the dispute of non-payment of tax with the tax collection authority - KRA, Tabitha Karanja.

"KEROCHE BREWERIES IS BACK. I have travelled the world and today visited iconic Kenyan brand, Keroche Breweries Limited, got an opportunity to taste the beer brands, Summit Lager, Summit Malt, KB Lager, and the Crescent Brands, Gin, Vodka, Whisky & Brandy all brewed under cutting edge German technology. Let's buy Kenya build Kenya, our own Keroche Breweries Limited, home of undisputed taste and quality!” Sonko wrote jokingly while posing with Karanja and former governor Ann Kananu.

People in the comments responded to the post pointing out that he had said that the trip was only for tea, but before even a year had passed he has already changed his vow and taken alcohol.
