The world’s first successful ‘test-tube’ baby, Louise Brown, turns 40

The world’s first ever successful IVF baby, Louise Brown celebrated her 40th birthday on the 25th of July.


Since her birth in 1978, over 6 million IVF (In-Vitro Fertilisation) babies have been born all around the world.


Furthermore, during that period in time, that was the defining moment for reproductive technology discovered by British doctors and scientists.
