Willy Paul and Dj Mo trade jabs after singer goes after Size 8

Saldido records CEO Willy Paul been on the warpath this week. The man who attacked and accused Diamond Platnumz of copying his song “Nikune” for Chibu’s new song, “Kamata” has another person in his sights.

This person is gospel musician, Size 8. Don’t forget the two had collaborated on the successful song “Tam Tam” in 2013, so one wonders what could have gone wrong, a sentiment Pozze expressed in his vent.

Willy started his onslaught yesterday when he criticised Size 8 for doing contrary to what she preaches and wondering why she decided to block him 4 years ago.

”Nashangaa hii ni gospel gani watu wana blockiana? Coz nili realize Size 8 alini block bila sababu. Kama wewe kweli unajiita mtumishi wa Mungu, lead by example.”

I was depressed for months and kept crying in silence-Willy Paul on becoming secular artist

Pozze continued by claiming Size 8 doesn’t even pick up his calls,

”SIZE 8, YOU BLOCKED ME ON INSTAGRAM JUST LIKE THAT. 4YRS NOW. IS THAT WHAT GOD’S PEOPLE DO?? SURELY NI GOSPEL GANI HII??? ATA SIMU ZANGU HAUSHIKI. THOUGHT TULIKUA BROTHER NA SISTER. ANYWAY THANKS ALOT WOMAN OF GOD. REMEMBER, NO ONE IS PERFECT!”

While most were expecting a quick response from the mother of two, it was her hubby Dj Mo who came to the rescue warning Willy that he would finya him.

But that hasn’t stopped Willy from responding, telling Dj Mo to keep off and leave the matter between them;

”Sasa huyu mtu tunaulizana nini? Kama mbaya mbaya, ukweli usemwe tu. Mambo yangu na Size 8 wachana nayo. Wewe ambia serekali ikupatie kazi!! 😠”

But Dj Mo is having none of it, giving the singer a final warning, with his caption reading, “Niko na kazi –
You know me well, you know what am capable of doing … Nitakufinya last warning ⚠️”

I think this is just a publicity stunt instigated by the trio for promotion for a project that they might be involved with.

I was so afraid of driving! Size 8 says after DJ Mo gifted her a brand new car (photo)

Renowned Gospel Deejay, DJ Mo is justifying the decision his wife Size 8 made when she forgave him after his cheating scandal last year.

The celebrity DJ impressed fans and followers alike when gifted Size 8 a brand new car. The man showed off the wonderful gift he presented to his wife on his Instagram page.

He said that he bought the car for his wife to improve her driving skill, further adding that since Size 8 had overcome her fear of driving, it was only fitting for her to get to enjoy ‘this beautiful toy.’

“I love cars a lot and now that my wife has overcome the fear of driving, I want her to enjoy this beautiful toy …I had to soup up this for my babe so she can improve her driving skills . Thank you @officialmohagrafix for making sure it came out so well as we had agreed na imerudi mpya . babe @size8reborn enjoy and I love you and Glory to God,” captioned DJ Mo.

And Size 8 wasn’t playing around as she made sure to take the Toyota Celica for a spin immediately. She posted a video of herself driving the car a few hours before saying that she was glad that she had overcome her fear of driving.

Mama Wambo disclosed that she had been living in fear such that she couldn’t sleep when it was dark.

“I overcame fear guys HALLELUJAH by the blood of Jesus I overcame fear of driving.😭😭😭😭😭 I was so afraid of driving yet hata gari sina. Nilikuwa kwa minyororo ya uwoga for so many years I couldn’t even sleep usiku kwa darkness at some point. But now am free In Jesus amen!!,” she wrote.

Kakunie huko! Size 8 shocks Kenyans in foul take-down of fan calling out DJ Mo

Kenyan gospel musicians are unlike their international cohorts-They don’t have a problem fighting dirty in public just like secular artistes.

Think of Ringtone, Willy Paul and Bahati, singers whose loud and brash style could best be suited to the secular streets of Khaligraph Jones.

But I digress. Size 8 who is now a gospel artiste and burst into the industry as a secular musician, showed her gritty ways in a recent exchange with a nosey and rude Kenyan online.

And the funny thing is she did the brawling on her husband’s Instagram page, after the Kenyan tried to bully the DJ online.

The random fan identified as Chang Sang poked the entertainer by commenting on a photo of him with Size 8.
According to Chang Sang, DJ Mo should not be flaunting his wife because rich men may go for her, leaving him in tears.

”Soon some tycoons will take Size 8 from you then you will start crying on social media,” Chang said. But Size 8 was quick on the draw and came guns blazing, retorting with words that would make even a pirate curse.

Size 8 asked the critic to find a lavatory and relieve himself instead of arguing with celebrities. Many were shocked at the brutality and dirty nature of her response, with some wondering whether it was right that a gospel musician should speak in that manner.

But others backed her and said that she had every right to defend herself and her hubby against haters. Don’t forget that this is coming months after their marriage was rocked by a cheating scandal involving her husband Dj Mo.

Do you agree with Size 8’s decision to stay in her marriage with DJ Mo?(poll)

Size 8 decided to forgive the father of her two children and it seems that her decision from her most recent interaction wasn’t just fluff and hot air.

DJ Mo reveals the best marriage advice Bishop Kiuna gave him (Exclusive)

DJ Mo and his wife Size 8 celebrated their 6th wedding anniversary late last month. The two have been blessed with a beautiful daughter called Ladasha Belle. Size 8 is also pregnant with their second child.

I recently spoke to the DJ and he disclosed a lot about his marriage. One of the mentors he has in his life is Bishop Allan Kiuna. The Dj told me the most important bit of advice the cleric had given him as concerns marriage.

‘Mimi nishai pack,’ Size 8 talks about life with DJ Mo after rocky patch

‘The Bishop told me that marriage is what you make it to be. If you want it to work, it will work, if you don’t want it to work it will not work. In essence, you will get out of it what you put into your marriage,’ he revealed.

One of the things that I have noticed about him is the way he and his wife love hanging out with Nameless and Wahu. The older couple has been together for 14 years and has two daughters together.

He replied saying that as with everything in life, it was good to seek help from couples who had gone ahead and had faced the issues they were facing now.

‘It is always good to get lessons from the couples that have been there before.’ he said.

And what did he consider the secret for a happy marriage?

‘It is always about tolerating your partner. You know that there are things that someone can do that can really annoy you,’ he opined.

He added that friendship was a very important part of making a marriage last. He explained,

‘You know in marriage after the 1st and 2nd year, you outgrow things like physical attraction you are left as friends. This is the person that you are with, 24 hrs.

He added, ‘Even if you married them for their beauty and looks after some time for you to maintain that marriage, one has to become a friend with their partner. Put simply, you have to marry your friend.’

His last piece of advice for couples looking to get married was in the same vein; That someone should marry their best friend and never receive advice from people who have never gotten married.

It’s good to know who is and isn’t with you – Dj Mo says about tough 2020 (exclusive)

2020 was a year that most Kenyans (nay the world) would like to forget for Covid reasons. That would be the case too for Kenya’s most prominent gospel deejay, Dj Mo.

The man was rocked by a cheating scandal that threatened to end his 7-year marriage to musician and mother of his two kids, Size 8.

But fortunately for him his wife decided to make it work and forgave him. I recently spoke to the man in a short and candid interview.

Mo was honest and succinct.

On his finances and career, the man said that he had had to learn about diversifying his income streams after the Covid pandemic restrictions. He said;

It was crazy for me. It was one of the years that is a bit difficult for me to describe. In my career, things went well but I still didn’t do a lot of events. It was an eye-opening year. I had to learn a lot about investing but also staying strong and being stoic when income wasn’t flowing.

And what did he learn about his marriage in 2020. He reiterated something he has said all along. That marrying his best friend had been a masterstroke for him despite the challenges they had faced.

It was one year that my marriage had hiccups here and there. It was also a good year because I discovered so many things…you know it was a shaky year. I thank God because what I learnt was that it’s a good thing to marry your best friend. It’s always good to know who is with you and who isn’t with you.

“I almost lost my son the 3rd night after his birth!” Size 8 says in powerful testimony

To say that Size 8 has had a terrible experience when it comes to childbirth would be an understatement. The gospel singer famously had a miscarriage in December 2018, something that nearly ended her marriage to her husband Dj Mo.

But the couple weathered the storm and God wiped their tears the next year as they were blessed with a baby boy called Muraya Junior, adding to their daughter, Ladasha Belle.

But even Muraya was born with considerable trouble, something that Size 8 spoke about in the past disclosing that hers and the baby’s life had been in danger during the period.

Yesterday, the singer went deeper into the subject divulging as yet unheard of details about that time in her life. The musician explained that she had almost lost Muraya Junior in ICU.

She posted a picture of Muraya while in the ICU months ago, versus him currently.

”Mungu UMETENDA makuu huyu alikuwa @murayajnr 1st days in hospital in the ICU I almost lost him the 3rd night doctors surrounded him trying their best to save his life and Jesus Christ alive in me did a miracle and my son didn’t die.

You see me always praising God for He has done beyond my imagination!!! I am nothing without God. Never give up on God no matter how hard your situation is. I TESTIFY ABOUT GOD DAILY. Bow down and worship YAWEH…”

Size 8’s story should not be taken lightly as gospel musician Kambua revealed this week that she had lost her son a few days after delivery, showing how delicate those first few days can be for a new-born baby.

“Stop blaming others and take responsibility for your actions” Who is Size 8 addressing?

Just a few days after wishing her husband a happy birthday, Size 8 has raised eyebrows after she posted a cryptic message that had many wondering, “What the hell?”

Her message which she posted on her Instagram page concerned someone taking responsibility for one’s actions and not blaming others.

According to the Mateke singer, once a person accepts their own wrongdoings; good things may start happening due to their clear conscience.

The post read; “Stop blaming others for the things going wrong in your life. Man up and take responsibility for your own actions. You and no one else is responsible for the way you feel or for what happens in your life. Look within first.”

Adding,

“The moment we stop blaming others and we take responsibility for our own actions and out comes in our personal life we have started succeeding!!!! Look within 1st to see what is the problem in you and ask God to help you change all your internal faults in you and you will realise external forces have little effect on you!!!”

While the post can mean many things when scanned on the surface, recent events concerning Size 8 have left me wondering whether it could be directed at someone close to her-Particularly her husband Dj Mo.

Occam’s razor is the principle that, of two explanations that account for all the facts, the simpler one is more likely to be correct…

In this case, could the message be directed at Dj Mo? Who knows? But what many remember is the shocking revelation that Dj Mo was cheating on his wife with a woman in Bahrain.

The scandal threatened to break his marriage but the couple was able to weather the storm with the mother of two saying that she would fight for her marriage. And so far, they seem to be working hard at it.

It should be noted that immediately after she posted the message on her Instagram page, her next post was a video in which she and her husband were smiling together. Maybe, my fears above are much ado about nothing.

Size 8 comes clean on rumours that she’s pregnant with a 3rd child

Being a public figure in any part of the world comes with certain positives and negatives. The positives include adulation fame and money, while the negatives are lack of privacy, life under the spotlight and rumours about you constantly.

Size 8 can tell you a thing or two about the negatives with the gospel singer herself and her marriage being a source of much conversation last year.

And the most recent rumour that has been doing the rounds is that she might be pregnant, speculation fuelled by the fact that her tummy looked bigger than usual.

It was earlier reported how some Kenyans were left with the belief that the musician was pregnant after appearing on a TV show with a bulging tummy.

The speculation has become so much that Dj Mo’s wife has come out to shut down the rumours. Speaking to Mpasho.co.ke, the singer strongly refuted claims she was pregnant holding that she was only full on the day of the TV show.

”I am not pregnant guys. That day had just eaten too much and I was very full. Can I be pregnant and still dance the way I danced on the show? My mood while pregnant has always been very low,” she said.

It must be noted that Size 8 told her husband that she didn’t want a 3rd child just a few months ago in late 2020. Don’t forget that her second pregnancy was a life-threatening one that endangered both her and the baby.

And right before successfully getting her second-born son, Muraya Junior she had suffered a painful miscarriage. So one can understand why the idea of being pregnant for the entertainer might not be so pleasant for her.

Some Kenyans suspect Size 8 might be expecting baby number 3 (video)

Size 8 might have had the most difficult year in her marriage to Dj Mo in 2020 but that didn’t stop the singer from pushing through and forgiving her cheating husband.

Not only that but the “Mateke” singer has also been hard at work in her career showing that the cheating scandal would be just a blip in the road for her.

The mother of two recently previewed her new song “Vice Versa” and while many congratulated her for showing her grit and strength to come back with the song, some others saw other “things”.

While premiering her song, Size 8 jumped and danced around as she sang loudly but what some fans noted was that her tummy was bulging.

As the enthusiastic musician continued to entertain her followers, a few individuals stared at her belly size and movements with some concluding that she was probably pregnant again.

Some of the speculative comments are below;

….Congratulations on your 3rd born. Ndio nimeona ball! I watched you on Citizen TV though

….Nimimi tw naona mimba ama tuko wengi

While some Kenyans might suspect she might be having a bun in the oven, the singer herself signaled late last year during the period that the cheating scandal emerged, that she didn’t want to get a 3rd child.

In one episode of their YouTube show, Dj Mo had just finished apologizing to his wife for all the shame that he had caused her. According to Mo, he wanted to spend his life with the mother of his children forever. “I love you so much. I want to be with you forever. You crash my heart. I am very sorry about how I talked to you…Hurt you. All I want you to know is I love you,” he said.

But he didn’t finish there, the gospel DJ asked his wife if she would want to have another kid but she was quick to say shut him down. “No. Let us stay together but other children no. Do not try giving me another child,” responded Size 8. Responding to his wife, the father of two said he wanted two more but she was not ready to hear any of that.

So could she have changed her mind in such a short time and decided to get another kid?

By the time I was leaving Hillcrest, I was a bad girl – Size 8 tells Churchill

Linet Munyali aka Size 8 was a guest on comedian Churchill Ndambuki’s show. The mother of 2 was a ball of fun as she spoke about various areas of her life.

One of them, was her experiences in high school. You see before her turn as a gospel artiste the singer was a wild one at heart.

Size 8 explained that she had almost lost a scholarship due to partying. Linet told Churchill that she had earned a scholarship to State House Girls before moving to Hillcrest due to her performance in the arts.

At Hillcrest, I got the biggest shock of my life as I used a matatu to go to school while some students used choppers. I felt very inferior as I could not speak good English and even expressing myself was a problem. I was very bright and even the teachers noticed my performance was good.

Ati 18k! Kenyans in shock about Size 8 and DJ Mo’s exclusive Christmas event

But her teachers were a great encouragement as they told her that she break out of her shell and become more aggresive, thus becoming the loudest and popular student in school.

I knew how to dance and so my friends started inviting me to parties to make it lively. I became so popular in school and started going out to have fun.

The celeb who is married to Dj Mo recounted how she partied in most of the party joints in Nairobi, and her grades in school started dropping.

“I almost lost my scholarship as my grades started going down. By the time I was leaving Hillcrest, I was a bad girl and left my innocence at the school. Yani niliacha Yesu shule,” she said.

Fortunately, Size 8 good grades and got admission to a good varsity but her parents could not afford the fees.

“I was to attend Manchester University but we did not have money for my fees and my father told me my brothers were also in school,” she said.

But that dissapointment would not stop the singer from succeeding as a singer but changed course from being a secular artiste to becoming a gospel musician.

Her reason was that she wasn’t fulfilled anymore and fell into depression. Her first hit song after getting saved was the popular and catchy “Mateke”.

“I was so excited and I didn’t think anyone would notice it. ‘Mateke’ was trending everywhere with people having their own opinions, and that broke my heart. I got so much hate on social media and that is when people started judging me and expecting me to backslide. Some even gave me hours,” she said.

DJ Mo and family escape thugs in highway drama (video)

DJ Mo and Size 8 have been the most loving couple the past few weeks, wonderfully tying in with the phrase, ” A family that prays together, stays together.”

They have been the image of bliss and joy after the cheating scandal that rocked their marriage and have been inseparable since then.

This weekend, Dj Mo and his two kids were driving in his Range Rover along the busy Nairobi-Naivasha Highway when a bunch of robbers ambushed them.

Mo narrated his experience on his Instagram page where he showed his dented Range Rover. The gospel celeb explained that the thugs had pelted stones at his car but he didn’t stop.

He advised other motorists not to fall for the robbers’ tricks in case they’re ambushed the same way. “God is faithful at all times. be warned !!! those who use nakuru – nairobi highway, listen, if anything happens to you at kinungi especially at night, never ever stop.”

He went on to add that he had the same incident happening to several people that he knew.

“I have heard several cases and jana it happened to us. ..incase uskie gari imerushiwa mawe, don’t stop, don’t swerve concentrate and even if your tyre bursts enda na rim kindly. Thugs want you stop and they rob you off everything. Be warned especially this holiday season. stay safe watu nguyas.” he posted accompanied by the video below.

His wife also reacted to her hubbies post adding that some things are there to test our faith.

“Temptations from the devil are meant to sift our faith to make us faithless the devil comes to tempt us in five ways ego, fear, pride, greed or moral compromise. jesus helps us keep our faith by praying for us just as he prayed for simon peter!! and he helps us see our weakness and so we run to the father god for support!! we should be confident that he who began a good work in us is faithful and just to complete it!! for jesus himself prays for us continually and his prays cannot fail!!”

Ati 18k! Kenyans in shock about Size 8 and DJ Mo’s exclusive Christmas event

Size 8 and Dj Mo might be coming from the most difficult period in their 6 year marriage but that doesn’t mean that that fact is holding them back.

The couple which was rocked by a cheating scandal a few months ago seems to be rebounding from it, that’s if one looks at their recent social media post.

The two have started promoting an exclusive event that will feature the two of them. The event will take place at the coast on Christmas Day.

The event dubbed  The Murayas Concert- Xmas at Paradise will see those interested in spending time with the celeb couple have to divvy up close to 19k for that pleasure.

Will a new pregnancy save Dj Mo and Size 8’s marriage?

Yes, you read that right. Anyone who wishes to attend the concert will have to spend KSh 18,800 for the exclusive event, per head.

The amount, according to the poster, will pay for the hotel room which will be shared by two, breakfast, lunch, dinner plus the main event.

While Size 8 and Dj Mo might have the best intentions that doesn’t mean that Kenyans didn’t have some questions for them?

Like what would they learn from a couple that had issues in their own marriage? Others felt that it would have been wise for the celebs to instead spend time fixing their own marriage and others opined that the figure been touted was too exorbitant.

What do you think yourselve?

Will a new pregnancy save Dj Mo and Size 8’s marriage?

Gospel singer Linet Munyali alias Size 8 and her husband Dj Mo have had probably the toughest year since they got married more than 7 years ago.

Their marriage was rocked by a terrible scandal after Dj Mo was accused of cheating on his wife with a particular socialite.

At the time many wondered whether the couple would split up but Size 8 rubbished those claims and said that she would be sticking with the father of her two kids.

But a few weeks later there was speculation that the couple might be pondering having another kid after one of their reality TV shows on YouTube aired.

In the show, Dj Mo had just finished apologising to his wife for all the shame that he had caused her. According to Mo, he wanted to spend his life with the mother of his children forever. “I love you so much. I want to be with you forever. You crash my heart. I am very sorry about how I talked to you…Hurt you. All I want you to know is I love you,” he said.

Why are female celebs like Betty Bayo advising Size 8 to stay married to Dj Mo?

But he didn’t finish there, the gospel DJ asked his wife if she would want to have another kid but she was quick to say no. “No. Let us stay together but other children no. Do not try giving me another child,” responded Size 8. Responding to his wife, the father of two said he wanted two more but she was not ready to hear any of that.

Success card coming soon 😂

A post shared by Dj Mo Topadetop (@djmokenya) on

What is interesting to me about this whole back and forth is the role reversal going on here. Many times it is often the wives who want to get more kids in marriages. That Mo was the one suggesting shows me one thing about him.

I think the Dj sees getting more kids as a path to securing his marriage and getting it back on track. I also think that the Dj is befuddled on how to get the stink away from his cheating scandal and desperately needs some good news to make many forget about his past indiscretions.

And would getting more kids make many forget about his cheating? No, but they would probably forgive him. Would getting more kids fix the problems in their marriage? I don’t think so and I believe Size 8 knows as much-Their issues aren’t children-based.

The biggest issue I think that Mo is facing is that he isn’t attracted to his wife anymore, something the socialite who exposed him alluded to.

And I don’t think the Dj will ever(can ever) admit as such to himself, something that will be the biggest stumbling block to their marriage.
