REVEALED: R Kelly ‘plotted to kill ex, 17, who leaked sex tape of singer peeing on victim, 14

The release of the infamous s3x tape that led to R. Kelly’s arrest on charges of child pornography is the focus of the second chapter of the three-part docuseries Surviving R. Kelly airing Friday night.

It includes interviews with a  number of the women who were involved in the scandal, including the person who stole the videotape from Kelly’s library and got it in the hands of a Chicago journalist.

That was Lisa Van Allen, who was just 17 and believed that she was Kelly’s girlfriend at the time due to the fact that she spent all her time with him and they were having a s3xual relationship.

She was one of the few victims to break free from Kelly on her own terms and says in the episode that she started seeing the singer in a different light after he convinced her to have a threesome with another girl but did not reveal her actual age.

It was that same girl, who was just 14, that Kelly could be seen with on the tape Allen claimed to have lifted from his library.

Allen struggles to maintain her composure while recalling the events, and at one point suddenly shuts down and begins to silently cry.

She then says: ‘I just didn’t know there was a point in time they were talking about killing me.’

The series premiered Thursday on Lifetime and sheds new light on charges against the artist, whose real name is Robert Sylvester Kelly.

The team behind Surviving R. Kelly held dozens of interviews filmed with members of the singer’s inner circle.

In the documentary, backup singers detailed s3xual relations between R. Kelly and three girls under the age of 16, including 15-year-old star Aaliyah, who died in 2001 in a plane crash.

Kelly is indicted in a Florida courtroom in 2002

The allegations are subject to criminal prosecution in several US states including Illinois, where R. Kelly lived as a resident of Chicago.

Aaliyah’s mother Diane Haughton called the allegations ‘fabrications’ and accused the witnesses of being “saboteurs of Aaliyah’s legacy.”

In the documentary, women portray R. Kelly as manipulative, violent and focused on young girls, allegedly demanding they call him ‘daddy.’

Lizzette Martinez, who met the artist at age 17 as he was approaching his thirties, says she was a victim of ‘mental and physical abuse’ during their relationship, which lasted several years.

‘He stole my life from me being abused like this,’ she says in the documentary directed by filmmaker Dream Hampton.

‘I don’t think he understands girls that are young how impressionable we are and how traumatic these experiences are.’

She then adds: ‘They change you forever.’

Few celebrities participated in the documentary, despite the willingness of many to record with the artist in the wake of his child pornography trial.

John Legend is the rare exception, stepping up whereas others like Jay Z and Lady Gaga declined to participate.

He addressed the praise he received from many on social media Thursday by tweeting:

It was Stephanie Edwards, better known as Sparkle, who first introduced Kelly to the young victim – who was also her niece.

She reveals how over time she went from surprised to concerned and eventually disgusted at the relationship between the singer and the young teen.

That is why she decided to speak out against the singer and testify during his trial when others remained silent.

She event turned down an offer in the high-six figures to film herself calling a truce with Kelly, saying she cannot be bought.

At the trial, which took place in 2008, Sparkle testified under oath that the video, filmed in 2000, showed Kelly and her niece.

Allen very bravely did the same during the proceedings, which kicked off with jurors watching the tape in its entirety.

In the end, Kelly was acquitted by a jury of his peers.

And after dodging jail time Kelly’s next move was to bed a 14-year-old high school freshman who had been camping outside the courthouse to see the singer.

She too shares her story on the third and fourth episodes of the docuseries on Friday.

J-Lo’s Ex Husband Threatens To Release A Sex tape

Many celebrities have had their sex tapes released after a break up or fallout with their exes. The trend which may not end anytime soon seems to be following many and J-lo is caught up in one with her ex husband.

The singer’s intimate videos – recording by first husband Ojani Noa – have been the subject of a complicated legal battle for six years, but now her ex-hubby’s business partner is planning to unveil the film telling the tale of their doomed marriage.

Ed told the publication: “We are going to produce a DVD and also have a streaming release of the J.Lo home video footage.

“There is revealing video of her with a lack of clothing and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel footage from the honeymoon.”

Ed said: “The videos contain salacious material and are going to shock her fans…We have unfinished business.”

Jennifer married Ojani in February 1997 before they split after 11 months of marriage the following year.

50 Cent Files For Bankruptcy After Losing A Sex Tape Case

Rapper Curtis Jackson aka 50 Cent has filed for bankruptcy protection on Monday, according to the Wall Street Journal .

He seems to be indifferent about his financial issues and was quoted saying “Walt Disney has filed bankruptcy. Donald Trump has filed bankruptcy,It means you’re reorganizing your finances, but it does stop things from moving forward that you don’t want moving forward.’

‘I gotta decent legal team,’ he added. ‘You don’t have to worry.’

He added, ‘You know when you’re successful and stuff, you become a target. I don’t wanna be a bulls eye.’

The filing comes just three days after a jury ordered him to pay $5 million to Lastonia Leviston in an invasion-of-privacy lawsuit after she claimed he acquired and intentionally leaked sex tape in which she was featured.

The sex tape involves Rick Ross’s baby mama and was apparently released with the intention of embarrassing Rick Ross in 2009.

50 cent added himself to the video as a crude commentator and posted the result online without her permission.

50 cent acquired the video Jackson from Leviston’s boyfriend at the time. The rapper and his lawyers said that Jackson didn’t actually post the video but that Leviston’s then-boyfriend said she wouldn’t mind if he did, and he thought that would suffice.

50 Cent Ordered to Pay $5 Million to Woman Who Sued Over Sex Tape

Someone else’s sex tape is proving to be costly for 50 Cent: A jury ordered the rapper-actor Friday, July 10, to pay $5 million to a woman who said he acquired a video she made with her boyfriend, added himself as a crude commentator and posted it online without her permission.

And the Manhattan jurors are set to continue deliberating next week on possible further, punitive damages in Lastonia Leviston’s invasion-of-privacy lawsuit against the multiplatinum-selling Get Rich or Die Tryin’ artist.

Attorney William A. Brewer III says 50 Cent and his legal team are “disappointed in the verdict but very appreciative of the service of the jury and the court.” Leviston’s lawyer, Philip Freidin, declined to comment on the award, first reported by the Daily News of New York.

The lawsuit stems from a 13-minute video that appeared online in 2009 featuring a wig-wearing 50 Cent as a narrator dubbed Pimpin’ Curly. The character made explicit remarks about Leviston and taunted rap rival Rick Ross, who wasn’t in the video but has a daughter with Leviston. At the time the video surfaced, Ross and 50 Cent were trading barbs via video, lyrics and interviews.

50 Cent got the 2008 tape from the man in it, Leviston’s boyfriend at the time. The rapper and his lawyers said that 50 Cent didn’t actually post the video but that Leviston’s then-boyfriend said she wouldn’t mind if he did, and he thought that would suffice.

The Pimpin’ Curly character was just “joking” by referring to Leviston as a “porn star,” 50 Cent said during sworn pre-trial questioning that was played for the jury, according to news reports. He didn’t testify at the trial.

But Leviston, of Pembroke Pines, Florida, said she was horrified and humiliated when the video appeared online.

Sex tape featuring Usher and ex-wife up for sale

Usher has reportedly hired lawyer Mark Geragos to find out who is trying to sell the x-rated footage of himself and Tameka Foster because it came from a laptop which was stolen from the singer’s car in December 2009.

According to gospel website TMZ, the seller – who may not know that the film was stolen – has been approaching blogs rather than adult film companies in a bid to earn money for the tape because they know Usher wouldn’t give the sign-off needed for it to be a legitimate release.

It isn’t the first time the footage of the former couple – who have sons Usher V, seven, and five-year-old Naviyd – has been shopped for sale as in March 2011 it was touted, but no one was willing to pay out for it.

At the time the film was up for sale the first time, Foster insisted she wasn’t worried because she had done nothing unusual.
