J-Lo’s Ex Husband Threatens To Release A Sex tape

Many celebrities have had their sex tapes released after a break up or fallout with their exes. The trend which may not end anytime soon seems to be following many and J-lo is caught up in one with her ex husband.

The singer’s intimate videos – recording by first husband Ojani Noa – have been the subject of a complicated legal battle for six years, but now her ex-hubby’s business partner is planning to unveil the film telling the tale of their doomed marriage.

According to In Touch magazine, the master tape of all the footage is in a central depository per court order, but Ed Meyer believes they have a legal loophole after J-Lo withdrew her claims while the case was in arbitration.

Ed told the publication: “We are going to produce a DVD and also have a streaming release of the J.Lo home video footage.

“There is revealing video of her with a lack of clothing and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel footage from the honeymoon.”

Ed said: “The videos contain salacious material and are going to shock her fans…We have unfinished business.”

Jennifer married Ojani in February 1997 before they split after 11 months of marriage the following year.

50 Cent Files For Bankruptcy After Losing A Sex Tape Case

Rapper Curtis Jackson aka 50 Cent has filed for bankruptcy protection on Monday, according to the Wall Street Journal .

He seems to be indifferent about his financial issues and was quoted saying “Walt Disney has filed bankruptcy. Donald Trump has filed bankruptcy,It means you’re reorganizing your finances, but it does stop things from moving forward that you don’t want moving forward.’

‘I gotta decent legal team,’ he added. ‘You don’t have to worry.’

He added, ‘You know when you’re successful and stuff, you become a target. I don’t wanna be a bulls eye.’

The filing comes just three days after a jury ordered him to pay $5 million to Lastonia Leviston in an invasion-of-privacy lawsuit after she claimed he acquired and intentionally leaked sex tape in which she was featured.

The sex tape involves Rick Ross’s baby mama and was apparently released with the intention of embarrassing Rick Ross in 2009.

50 cent added himself to the video as a crude commentator and posted the result online without her permission.

50 cent acquired the video Jackson from Leviston’s boyfriend at the time. The rapper and his lawyers said that Jackson didn’t actually post the video but that Leviston’s then-boyfriend said she wouldn’t mind if he did, and he thought that would suffice.

50 Cent Ordered to Pay $5 Million to Woman Who Sued Over Sex Tape

Someone else’s sex tape is proving to be costly for 50 Cent: A jury ordered the rapper-actor Friday, July 10, to pay $5 million to a woman who said he acquired a video she made with her boyfriend, added himself as a crude commentator and posted it online without her permission.

And the Manhattan jurors are set to continue deliberating next week on possible further, punitive damages in Lastonia Leviston’s invasion-of-privacy lawsuit against the multiplatinum-selling Get Rich or Die Tryin’ artist.

Attorney William A. Brewer III says 50 Cent and his legal team are “disappointed in the verdict but very appreciative of the service of the jury and the court.” Leviston’s lawyer, Philip Freidin, declined to comment on the award, first reported by the Daily News of New York.

The lawsuit stems from a 13-minute video that appeared online in 2009 featuring a wig-wearing 50 Cent as a narrator dubbed Pimpin’ Curly. The character made explicit remarks about Leviston and taunted rap rival Rick Ross, who wasn’t in the video but has a daughter with Leviston. At the time the video surfaced, Ross and 50 Cent were trading barbs via video, lyrics and interviews.

50 Cent got the 2008 tape from the man in it, Leviston’s boyfriend at the time. The rapper and his lawyers said that 50 Cent didn’t actually post the video but that Leviston’s then-boyfriend said she wouldn’t mind if he did, and he thought that would suffice.

The Pimpin’ Curly character was just “joking” by referring to Leviston as a “porn star,” 50 Cent said during sworn pre-trial questioning that was played for the jury, according to news reports. He didn’t testify at the trial.

But Leviston, of Pembroke Pines, Florida, said she was horrified and humiliated when the video appeared online.

Sex tape featuring Usher and ex-wife up for sale

Usher has reportedly hired lawyer Mark Geragos to find out who is trying to sell the x-rated footage of himself and Tameka Foster because it came from a laptop which was stolen from the singer’s car in December 2009.

According to gospel website TMZ, the seller – who may not know that the film was stolen – has been approaching blogs rather than adult film companies in a bid to earn money for the tape because they know Usher wouldn’t give the sign-off needed for it to be a legitimate release.

It isn’t the first time the footage of the former couple – who have sons Usher V, seven, and five-year-old Naviyd – has been shopped for sale as in March 2011 it was touted, but no one was willing to pay out for it.

At the time the film was up for sale the first time, Foster insisted she wasn’t worried because she had done nothing unusual.
