Paris Jackson steps out for the first time following suicide attempt

Paris Jackson stepped out with new boyfriend Gabriel Glenn at The Dirt premiere on Monday night.

The 20 year old daughter of Michael Jackson was all smiles at the premiere, which took place at Arclight Hollywood.

The singer, actress and model looked to be in good spirits, just days after reportedly being hospitalized for an attempted suicide.

Jackson was wearing a black top under a studded black leather jacket, with black pants and black boots with red laces.

She also had a number of beaded necklaces dangling from her neck as she stepped out at the premiere.

Jackson has been taking to social media quite frequently over the past few days, over reports that she attempted suicide.

TMZ reported on Saturday that Jackson was hospitalized after a suicide attempt, but she responded to their report on Twitter, stating, ‘f**k you you f***ing liars.’

The report claimed police and EMS responded to Paris’ L.A. home at 7:30 AM, with Paris reportedly slitting her wrists.

The sources claimed she was taken to the hospital and placed on a 5150 hold, but she was seen returning to her home that afternoon, wearing a jacket that read ‘I’m fine.’

Sources claim that the suicide attempt was due to the release of the HBO documentary Leaving Neverland.

The documentary features Wade Robson and James Safechuck accusing her father Michael Jackson of molesting him when they were children.

Paris has long maintained her father’s innocence, with Paris and the rest of her siblings believing that the documentary was one-sided and unfair, with the family in ‘turmoil’ over the release, according to the TMZ report.

Paris was seen at the premiere with her boyfriend Gabriel Glenn, who she performs with in her band The Soundflowers.

She was seen smiling with her boyfriend on Saturday, hours after her hospitalization, which was reportedly not for a suicide attempt.

‘Paris had an accident this morning that required medical treatment,’ a source told People. ‘She is currently resting at home and doing fine.’

Paris Jackson defends her late father after rape allegations

Paris Jackson has defended her late father Michael Jackson, after he was accused of child abuse in the new Leaving Neverland documentary.

Taking to Twitter on Thursday, she referred to his ‘good heart’ and said she was thinking about ‘the bigger picture’.

Having previously tweeted advising her fans to be ‘calm’, she returned to the social media site to share her thoughts more fully.

The 20-year-old wrote: ‘I didn’t mean to offend by expressing that t***ies should be calm, i know injustices are frustrating and it’s easy to get worked up. but reacting with a calm mind usually is more logical than acting out of rage and also…. it feels better to mellow out.

‘Smoke some weed n think about the bigger picture. chillax my dudes.’

An angered Michael Jackson fan replied: ‘The bigger picture is your father’s legacy ruined and his name smeared forever but whatever though.

‘They want to tear his name down and stop playing his music but it’s cool like who cares that he died for this.’

Paris then penned: ‘Yeah they do that to everyone with a good heart and tries to make a difference but do you really think that it’s possible to tear his name down? like do you truly believe they stand a chance ? relax and have peace.’

The day before, Paris responded to reports that she’s worried about the film and allegations affecting her fledgling career.

‘I actually haven’t made any statements yet, especially regarding how it affects my work life. you guys are reaching a bit.

‘At least this wasn’t a disgusting and attacking article though,’ Paris said in a now-deleted tweet.

She then added a tweet that read, ‘ya’ll take my life more seriously than I do.’

Sources have said that Paris firmly believes her father never abused children but has not watched the new documentary in which two of his accusers speak out.

She was just 11 when her father passed away in 2009 aged 50, following acute propofol and benzodiazepine intoxication.

Leaving Neverland features emotional testimony from Wade Robson and James Safechuck who allege Michael raped them for years as children. It has caused bitter reaction from both critics and fans of Michael.

Paris’s extended family have claimed Michael Jackson was ‘naive’ about children but wasn’t an abuser.

The late King of Pop’s siblings, Tito, Marlon and Jackie Jackson, and his nephew Taj spoke out on CBS This Morning.

Tito’s son Taj, 45, claimed that the family do not wish to ‘put more energy’ into the claims against their late relative – who died in 2009 – because they don’t want to draw any more attention to the documentary.

Taj said: ‘There’s a fear to put more energy to it and more eyeballs to it. ‘That’s why Janet (his aunt) hasn’t said anything, because she doesn’t want to make it any bigger.’

The siblings stated that they know the Thriller hitmaker was not a sexual predator and accused the documentary of spinning lies.

Paris Jackson’s godfather Macaulay Culkin opened up about their relationship

Earlier this week, Paris Jackson’s godfather, Home Alone star Macaulay Culkin, briefly spoke about the close relationship they share, complimenting her as someone who’s ‘tall, and beautiful and smart.’

Culkin, while appearing on Marc Maron’s WTF podcast Monday, kept relatively mum when Maron asked about her.

‘I’m going to warn you now, I am very protective of her so just look out,’ said the one-time child star, who was a close friend to Michael Jackson. ‘I am a very open book when it comes to things, but like with her, she is beloved by me.’

The veteran podcaster explained that he wasn’t fishing for ‘dirt’ about Paris, who’s frequently been seen on social media bonding with the 37-year-old actor, even getting matching tattoos at one point.

‘I’m just letting you know if we want to start going down that road it’s going to be a dead-end, you know, but I mean that in the fact that I love her so much,’ explained Macaulay.

He explained in the interview how he initially met the late King of Pop during his time as a ballet performer in a production of the The Nutcracker in New York City.

‘He came backstage before the show; he loved dance, he was a dance man,’ Culkin said. ‘He came backstage with Donald Trump, because they were friendly back then. I remember he looked at me like, “I know you from somewhere,”‘ which turned out to be the comedy film Uncle Buck.

Culkin said Jackson subsequently ‘reached out to me and my family’ after Home Alone was released, paving the way to ‘a legitimate friendship’ that lasted until the Thriller singer’s 2009 death.

‘Seriously, he was like my best friend for a good long stretch,’ Paris’s godfather said of her late dad.

Sad! Michael Jackson’s Daughter, Paris Jackson, Hasn’t Celebrated Her Birthday Since Her Dad Died

It has sadly been revealed that 17-year-old Paris Jackson has refused to celebrate her birthday since her father died seven years ago.

The aspiring singer was left heartbroken by the late King Of Pop, Michael Jackson’s death in June 2009 and did not want to celebrate her annual milestone as she feared that it would be too painful.

But depsite this, it has been reported that Paris is preparing to embrace turning eighteen next week by organising her first party since her eleventh birthday.

“Paris has not really celebrated her birthday since her father passed away. She has such fond memories of past birthday celebrations with Michael, so it is really a sensitive time for her,” a source explained to RadarOnline.

The insider added: “Paris’ family is all coming together to throw her a huge and lavish birthday party for her. As of right now, it will be at the Jackson family estate. Paris has no problems with anyone in her family, so they are all expected to be there.”

Paris’ family are apparently over the moon that she has agreed to a party this year, with her mum, Debbie Rowe, and grandmother, Katherine Jackson, keen to do whatever they can to make sure that she has a special day after so many years.

The teen, has big brother, Prince and a younger brother, Blanket. She has had a difficult few years, being taken to a psychiatric hospital back in 2013 following a drugs overdose, but she has thankfully managed to come out of it.

Looks like she will have a very exciting and thrilling birthday party as she turns 18.
