Morning conversation: “Would you wash your man’s boxers?”

Whether or not, you would wash your man’s boxers was the conversation this morning on Maina and King’ang’i. Well, Classic105 listeners came out to give their personal experience and opinion on the matter.

One lister said it is the man’s personal responsibility to cater to his personal hygiene and that she would never do it.

Another one said it is every woman’s responsibility to make sure that her man’s boxers are clean and well kept.

“I do not tolerate any kind of laziness and uncleanness,” tweeted a listener

Another listener said he is free to wash his woman’s under-garments without fear of being judged.

Morning Conversation: Kenyans have this habit of giving unsolicited advice

Captain Kale, a die-hard fan of Maina and Kingangi in the morning said,

“How can a man wash his woman’s underwear? There are some things a man should never do. The moment you start doing these things, you are done.”

“A woman who is a wife material will never be told to do this and this, that’s why I paid for you to come to my house, I paid the dowry.”

“If you give the housegirl that job, she will become your co-wife. I wash her underwear as who? Those are not men, they are boys.”

“She should be able to even buy and bring the boxers to her”

‘Is it really necessary to send naughty photos?’ Maina Kageni asks

The morning conversation on Classic 105 with Maina Kageni and Mwalimu Kingangi centred on the culture of sharing intimate photos.

This was something I know has been happening for the longest time ever. I would never do this. But now it’s leading to deaths, Maina said.

here is a lady who has gone viral on social media after her boyfriend released her photos online. The was a love quadrangle that went wrong between two couples  who did not know they were exchanging spouses and when they fond out nvdes started flying around which resulted in the death of one man, Maina continued.

Why do you have to send such photos when asked to? Why do you men also ask for the photos? What is wrong with you? Maina asked.

Kenyan woman who ran two brothels in UK slapped with 10 year jail sentence

This is mainly among the young people. It shocked Maina that some of the male callers were positive about the idea, saying they deserved to be sent for such photos.

One of the male callers was of opinion that it was a way of appreciating their women and there was nothing wrong with sending them. However some of the people were against the idea.

Another male tweeted saying that he gives money to ladies to share nvdes. This left Maina wondering where this generation is headed to.

‘Some clients took advantage and just raped me, getting HIV saved my life’ Narrates former prostitute

One female caller was of opinion that it is not right to share your photos and she swore never to share hers with anyone.

Other comments were;

Nvdes ni kama window shopping you have to kagua the product before purchasing it. You have to know the quality of something before going to the value.

I think private parts should be given another name because they are no longer private. I wonder who is the mother of that man saying its okay to send nvdes.

It’s not a bad thing to share nvdes with your girlfriend but you should not expose them in public once you are in bad terms.

‘My friends daughter died aborting after the son impregnated her’ – Nancy

Today’s morning conversation was based on whether parents are doing enough to talk to their kids on matters s#x, due to the increased teenage pregnancies.

Here is what one parent *Nancy* had to say

Maina I have a friend who lost both their kids due to them being to busy.

The dad was a doctor and the mother was a doctor so they were constantly on the move, most of the time they left the kids with the mboch and their uncle.

At some point the parents came back and noticed that the kids were craving for their attention but as usual they were busy.

Not long after that they found out that the sister and brother were sleeping together and that their Daughter got pregnant.

On being questioned the son calmly said

‘I love my sister because you do not allow me to interact with our friends.’

Photos of Governor Ann Waiguru’s look-alike has KOT amazed

She adds

The lady got pregnant again  and they forced her to  terminate it but she died in the process.

After the girl died the brother decided to kill himself because his ‘friend’ had died,he was admitted to ICU and sadly he passed away.

The dad was dying of guilt so the mother had to finally talk about it.

Another parent adds

If a kid has not raised well from 3 to 8 if we mess up there then as parents we have lost the plot.

Going for holiday tuition and church functions might help to keep this kids busy and avoid in them getting into such messes.

Another adds

If you go to most schools the parents wants their children to look se3y,good hair and modified uniform.

Some parents even compete on ensuring that their kids are the ‘sexiest’ in the school, how sad that is.Has the kid gone to study or to look s3xy?

Then they will come complaining yet they contributed to all this.

Parenting is a mess in Kenya, children are being brought up by mboches and most parents do not care about what happens to them.

Things that are being aired on out stations are also fueling these habits where under age kids engage in underage s#x.

Would you take a sabbatical leave from your marriage? Kenyans discuss

Today’s morning conversation was based on why Kenyan couples should take marriage sabbaticals or a break from each other to ease tension in marriages.

The debate was based on an article on the Star where a city professor Edward Kairo left his Kileleshwa home after his wife threatened to kill him and take over his wealth.

According to Maina Kageni, sabbaticals help one miss the other person and they are a necessary evil.

On the other hand Mwalimu King’ang’i is against it because he does not understand what a man would be doing for two months while the wife is on a sabbatical leave.

‘It had been years of pain’ Janet Mbugua speaks on battling endometriosis

Here is what some of the callers had to say about the topic

Maina please stop sugar coating infidelity in the name of sabbatical leave.

Another  caller adds

Taking a sabbatical leave in marriage is a no no because I do not trust myself. Look for me date me and do everything we did when we were dating.

If you are away for two months you cannot trust yourself.

‘My baby daddy killed my daughter and left me disfigured’ – Thembi

Another caller  adds

This cannot work in Kenya because mafisi ndio wengi. I tried it once and it did not work.

A male caller goes on to add if a woman is ‘bad’  whether she goes on leave or not she will not change.

If a lady really annoys you even if she goes for six months or an year she will still annoy you. Kwama kwa hio marriage and everything will sort itself out.

Marriage ni kuzoeana and kuvumiliana. Instead of going for two moths just take a break for four hours and come back otherwise taking a sabbatical leave in marriage is a No! No!.

Just like Size 8, these women give their entire salaries to their husbands

‘He told me I look like I can be ‘pakwad uji’ ( I look like I can be misused and not independent)’, she confessed.

‘If he would ask me for 50k, I would go and drain my account and give him and then to him submission was me dressing in a certain way, not painting my nails, dressing in a certain way, so I really changed who I was. After two years I was lost, depressed, because on the other hand there was no love from him’.

Girls, have you been in this situation, where a man takes your salary decides how much busfare you should use, and how much you should spend on your weave, perhaps he even doesn’t want you to do a manicure?

Sponsee’s from Nakuru are harassing us, Kenyan man shares story with Larry Asego (AUDIO)

It’s not everyday that men come on air and open up about being harassed by older women.

This morning, Friday July 14th, several men called in during the morning conversation with Larry Asego to pour their hearts out about a habit amongst older women in Nakuru town that they feel is making their lives very difficult.

One particular man shared his story how Nakuru women have a penchant for Ben 10’s, and frequent clubs where they offer to buy them drinks in exchange for friendship.

It was not just one man, but several others also confessed that they don’t know what to do as the problem has become too much for them to bear.

Larry sought to know from male listeners if they have ever been approached by women while in the club, to which many responded by revealing it was a common thing.

Listen below as one married man whispers how a Nakuru ‘cucu’ while sharing his story with Larry.

A rich mheshimiwa asked me out on a date to Naivasha, city mum confesses

She shocked so many when she revealed that a certain un-named rich politician regularly asks her to accompany him to the outskirts of the city, promising a romantic night.

A woman spoke to Classic 105’s Larry Asego, where she confessed that the mheshimiwa always manages to follow her to local nightclubs to ask her out. However, she narrated her first encounter with the pot belied mheshimiwa, stating that he has unsuccessfully tried to woo her, using the intervention of waiters and his bodyguard.

The alleged mheshimiwa later approached her, apologizing for summoning her that way.

Has it happened to you?

” Larry, it’s a common thing and very annoying. This waitress approached me saying nimeambiwa nichukuwe hii bill yako, na unaitwa na mkubwa, unaitwa na mkubwa”.

So the woman asked the waitress who mkubwa was and what he wanted, and the club employee responded by rudely saying “unajua hakuna mtu anakataanga huyu mkubwa?”

The female clubgoer went on to add, “This mheshimiwa was so full of himself he came over, and he was like what are you guys drinking? Hii table inakaa inashida sana, inakaa kuna shida ya unga kwa hii meza.”

This apparently is his way of informing someone he wants to buy drinks and possibly join those seated at the table.

‘My Father-In-Law Wants To See My Yellow-Yellow Thighs’ – Woman Confesses To Maina Kageni (AUDIO)

Did you see the screen-shot being sent on whatsapp about a ruracio that was canceled after elders claimed the bride had tattoos on her thighs? Yes? Well the screen-shot of a family standing outside seemingly stranded, trended on social media for a while  sending tongues wagging, as everyone wondered how and where the elders saw her thighs.

Kenyan on social media even went further to speculate if she had slept with the elders, who saw it fit to cancel the ruracio. Here is the photo;

ruracio cancelled

Well today on Classic 105 morning conversation with Maina Kageni, a man called in saying how he found his father in bed with his wife. He disclosed that he was more upset at his wife than his father.

Maina sought to know ho he can put the blame squarely on his wife and not his father. He said that his wife tempts men.

This prompted a female caller to confess that he father-in-law constantly urges her to show him her thighs. Huh? Yup..She revealed that he harasses her just to ‘gusa’ (touch) them, and nothing more.

I can almost hear Wakanai Classic 105’s biggest fan saying kareekiiiiiii tondo nikiiiiiiii (his favorite phrase when reacting to a story on air).

Man leaves Maina Kageni in tears after describing how his wife spies on him (AUDIO)

Uuuuuuwwii digehota! This was Maina Kageni’s expression after a male caller recounted how his wife insists on following him around to make sure he doesn’t have a side chick.

This was based on the morning conversation, where Maina Kageni was asking listeners especially girls, why they follow their men around.

The male caller from Mombasa, revealed that he is a construction worker who puts up with his wifes spying ways because she doesn’t rust him.

Man; “Maina mimi sifuatwi, na hujumiwa. Kila mahali nikienda, namwambia basi nipige picha. na ikuwe na ile time stamp. Sasa juzi nikamwmabia nawatch mpira ya Liverpool na nikasema tuko na Tony na Samson.Nikaambiwa tupige picha. Sasa Tony hayuko ako kwake amelala ilibidi nimwendee huko.”

At this point Maina was almost on the floor in laughter. The caller went on to add; “ subira mwenzangu, usinicheke!!”

He added; ” Ilibidi tuwende supermarket tutafute vijersey kule ndio avae, ndio tupigwe picha.Juzi nimeenda mazishi Mwea, nikaambiwa tupigwe picha tena. sasa pale kwa kijineza mimi najaribu nionekane kidogo kwa picha maanake lazima nipatiane ushahidi pahali nipo”.

He is hilarious isn’t he? At this point Maina and Kingang’i can’t control their laughter, as his description of the things his wife puts him through is too much to handle.

Listen below to the audio as he asks why his wife doesn’t ask him to provide picture proof when he is elsewhere.

Kenyan man gushes over Akothee and Julie Gichuru’s post baby curves

Today on the morning conversation with Maina Kageni and Mwalimu Kingang’i a male caller called in to contribute to the topic of the day.

The topic was

Girls, is weight gain a factor when considering having more children?

The male caller challenged Maina to ask girls if losing their shape is a factor when starting a family or even having more children.

Maina also wanted to know from guys if their wives have ever given them this excuse.

The make caller shocked Maina and Mwalimu Kingang’i when he praised Kenya’s wealthiest singer Akothee and former TV host Julie Gichuru for bearing many children, and keeping their figures, adding that ‘wengine wanajiachilia’. He described their toned physiques saying they are the envy of many.

He wanted to know why Kenyan women are not willing to have many children like them.

This is what he said;” Maina I don’t understand  why you are misleading women here”.

Maina; How am I misleading women now?

Male caller: “Just look at someone like Akothee, ako na watoto wangapi? Look at Julie Gichuru ako na watoto wangapi? sasa ukiwambia wasipate watoto wengine, hio ni kumaanisha nini? Look at how they (akothee and Julie) are beautiful. Hawa watu wanakupigia simu kweli wana kaa Julie kweli?

He continued; “Ukweli ni hawakai hivyo, ni kwasababu waki toka kazini wanakunywa ile uji kwa ile thermos inaitwa furaha…vikombe kama tano…wanapitia barbarani kukula mutura..ndio shape inakuwanga hivyo”.

Is It Disrespectful If Your Man Stares At Other Women In Your Presence?

A woman’s entire evening was ruined on Saturday night during a concert by Chameleone at Heri Square this past weekend, based on the morning conversation with Maina Kageni and Mwalimu Kingangi.

A man was busted by his wife checking out another woman seated across from them, during the concert. No matter how hard she tried to discourage him from staring and ogling, the man ignored his wife’s concerns.

Mwalimu Kingangi argued that it’s a habit men have and they should not be blamed if women are beautiful.

Maina sought to know from listeners if they thought it was disrespectful for the man to have been starring at another women in his wife’s presence.

One caller said, “Ku-admire sio mbaya”. In case you missed it, here is the audio.
