Emmy Kosgei has been the image of marital bliss the past 6 years. The woman who has been married to Nigerian pastor, Apostle Anselm Madubuko has been showing that submission is still an attractive trait in a modern wife (yes, I said it!).
Yesterday, the 39-year-old Emmy posted an image showing herself seating on Madubuko’s lap while in his office. I am not the overly sentimental type but one cannot avoid seeing the love and adoration oozing from the image.
Her caption read;
nkem.. 💝❤❤ thank you! ! I dont take you forgranted 🙏 🙏 God bless you for me ❤❤ #myno1. #my👑 #husbandofme#kingofourkingdom #[email protected]
I wish all wives looked at their husband’s like the angel-like Emmy. (yes, I said it!) What is interesting is that the singer disabled the comments section and for such an intimate photo. I wonder why?
Maybe it’s because of the backlash she received last year in the past when posted a Godly image of herself kneeling to Mr. Madubuko.
According to the singer, the act was an expression of “humility and submission.” “Learn to tame your character, learn to bite your tongue. Treat him like a king that he is, love and honour him. Some little acts look foolish but it adds value! Do it out of love! Wisdom is profitable! Step down from 7th flr,’’ posted Emmy.
In an interview with Parents Magazine in the past, Emmy narrated that the General Overseer of Revival Assembly Church, Nigeria, is a very “mature and clean hearted man” who has showered her with “affection like she has never experienced before”.
She reiterated that she is no hurry nor pressure to get children.
“I didn’t get married just because I wanted to have kids. Relationships are about unions and destinies. If you are attached to the wrong person, it can affect your destiny permanently. I’m also very busy. Personally, we are not under any pressure to have children but yes, I hope to have my own child one day,” said Emmy.
