Kourtney And Scott Seek Joint Custody After Split

After the official break up of  Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick, after nine years together the pair have decided to have joint custody.

According to TMZ, the 36-year-old is seeking to settle a deal with Scott, as she wants their children to have a ‘meaningful relationship’ with their father.

She is said to have met with famed divorce lawyer Laura Wasser who has previously handled cases for her sisters Kim and Khloe in order to sort out a custody agreement for their children – Mason, Penelope, and Reign.

This comes after rumours that Kourtney met with the lawyer in order to get out a sole custody deal for herself.

And they also claim that party-going Scott hasn’t asked for child support, as he is earning enough by himself through various avenues, including his famous club personal appearances.

A source told the publication that Lord Disick’s friends ‘don’t think he will challenge Kourtney’ if she goes for custody.

Tyga and Blac Chyna fight for their child’s custody

According to TMZ, Tyga and  his baby mama  Blac Chyna are about to go on a legal matter in matter regarding the custody  of their child.

It has been reported that  Blac Chyna is now gunning for full custody of their son.

Blac Chyna hired a top divorce lawyer last week and will file legal documents asking for primary physical custody.

She does not want their son 2-year-old King Cairo bouncing from home to home during the week because he’s going to start preschool soon.

She has a problem with Tyga because he’s dating a minor, and she believes that shows bad judgment that translates into his parenting skills.

Chyna also doesn’t want Tyga’s girlfriend and Kim Kardashian’s sister Kylie Jenner to spend  time around the kid because she believes Kylie lacks maturity.

She’s willing to give Tyga weekend visitation, but that’s it. Initially when Tyga and Blac Chyna separated, he initially wanted full custody but backed off and said he would share joint custody, but now the tables have turned.

Blac Chyna wants child support to cover housing expenses, food, clothing, nannies and school.


Wiz Khalifa hits out at ex wife in new song

Seems like the issues between Amber Rose and ex husband Wiz Khalifa are far from over.

Wiz just brought up a whole new twist to their child custody wars by dropping a verse that seems to take shots at his ex wife.

The track with Juicy J, called “For Everybody” has more than a few lines that seem to talk about Amber.

Sample these:

Ludacris offers baby mama $10,000 to abort

According to TMZ, Ludacris’s baby mama testified in court that it’s ridiculously ludicrous he’s fighting for full custody of their daughter, because he desperately wanted her to have an abortion to the point he even bribed her.

Tamika fuller  said when Luda found out she was pregnant he cried, but they weren’t tears of joy. He said it would ruin his life and he then urged her to terminate the pregnancy.

According to Tamika, Luda initially offered her $10K and a house if she lost the baby.

Fuller believes Luda’s quick marriage to Eudoxie was just a ploy to show the  judge he has a more stable home than her to enable him get full custody of the child.

Nurse clashes with estranged husband over twins’ custody

A nurse at Kitui County Referral Hospital is seeking state protection for her fiveyear- old twins following her estranged husband’s bid to seize custody.

Abishang Mutanu, 29, told the media on Wednesday her estranged husband, Muli Mwendwa, arrived at her home earlier in the day and tried to grab the twins.

The couple separated in February last year, she said.Mutanu and Mwendwa are embroiled in a civil case over custody. In suit papers seen by The Star Newspaper, Mutanu wants to retain custody of the children until they turn 18.

She also wants to block Mwendwa from his stated intention of taking the children to England. Mwendwa was unavailable for comment. Mutanu’s mother Agnes Nzau expressed fear for her daughter’s life.

Kylie Jenner’s rumoured boyfriend , Tyga, is about to ask for primary custody of his son with his ex Blac Chyna.

According to TMZ, Tyga thinks Blac Chyna isn’t focused on caring for their 2-year-old child  King Cairo. He reportedly think she’s only interested in going to clubs and twerking for cameras.

Last week, a video of Amber Rose and Blac Chyna twerking was posted online. That night, Blac Chyna went to a club. When Tyga saw the video and heard about her going to club later that day, he made the decision to ask for primary custody.

Right now, there’s no custody order in place, although Blac Chyna does have their son more often. But, it sounds like Tyga is ready to change that.


Saitoti’s in-law gets custody of daughters

The sister-in-law of the late former Internal Security minister George Saitoti has been given custody of her two children.

The girls aged 12 and 14 have been staying with their father Ronald Musengi, of the national Police Service Commission for the last six months.

Children’s court principal magistrate E Boke ordered the the children continue schooling where they are in Karen and ordered Musengi to continue paying for their education.

Grace Leposo’s lawyer, Danstan Omari, filed a suit saying her children were in need of maternal love, care and guidance.

He said the children’s lives were in danger because they had been locked in their father’s house without food, water and other necessities.

Leposo said that she had been thrown out of their maternal home several times but the ate Saitoti always mediated between them.
