Betty Kyallo is not one to be left behind. In as much as she has been linked to controversies left, right and center, she is among the most successful and beautiful Kamba dolls in the 254.
Kush Tracey recently revealed that she has accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior.
It has been a longtime coming,I always fought with my inRedykulassner spirit every time I was doing secular music, but as I always say #GodAboveAll🙌 I have given my life to Christ today and ready to embark on the journey to fulfill my divine destiny,my anointing,my praise,my worship will never be paralyzed by the devil again, well y’all know the fear of God is the beginning of all wisdom to God be the glory AMEN😇
Well, she was beautiful when she was a secular artiste and she’s equally beautiful now that she’s saved. In case you didn’t know, her real name is Teresia Ndoti Wambua.
Lillian Muli is definitely a force to reckon with and has made sure that y’all realize she’s good at what she does.
She has been in the media industry for years and as time goes by, she has learned how to block noise from her haters. She’s one Kamba doll who says things as they are whether you like it or not.
Olive Burrows, one of the most talked about news anchors is a sight to behold. Many people have questioned her race but one thing you should know, she’s a Kamba doll too.
Olive is an only child, born to a Kamba mother, who passed away and a Kenyan father whose father is British and mother is Tanzanian. Heeee, this explains why she looks amazing; this is indeed good genes.
Saumu Mbuvi, daughter to Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko, is not a stranger in these streets. She has made headlines both good and bad but that has never stopped her from doing her thing.
In 2016, she made her parents proud after she graduated from JKUAT. This Kamba doll is smart and beautiful, best believe that.
The T.V landscape has been littered with media beauty after media beauty who have amazed us with their charisma, charm, and chutzpah.
They have been wonderful captains of their industry drawing us in and making the news more appealing to watch. They make even listening to news about grand corruption more bearable.
But while many of these female stars on our screens may be excelling in their chosen professions, their love lives tell a different story.
In this article, we take a look at some of the troubled relationships that some of these Kenyan screen queens have had. They are:
Her troubles started/continued after she met one Quincy Timberlake. During this period the one-time soft-spoken and very pretty anchor joined the aptly named “Finger of God” church led by a certain brother Hellon.
The scandals that erupted after she joined the church are the stuff of legend. She sued her parents, she quit her job, she married the very shady Quincy and then they went to live in Australia.
Last we heard of the couple, they had a lost one of their children after Quincy threw the child on the wall trying to cure him (?).
Lillian was destined to live happily ever after when she married Moses Kanene in September 2009. The wedding was a dream, with the venue being the legendary golf course Windsor Golf and Country Club in Ridgeways.
But that and the son they got together would most likely be the highlight of their short marriage after she filed for divorce on January 7, 2016.
Her reasons for the divorce were shocking, to say the least. That Kanene was adulterous, violent and quick-tempered.
But Lillian is not one to brood over her misfortunes moving on to a new man, wealthy Shabana FC owner Jared Nevaton. In 2018, the couple was blessed with a baby boy called Liam.
As of 2020, subtle signs are that the two might not be in the best place relationship-wise considering the cryptic messages the Citizen TV has been posting lately.
The very attractive yellow yellow former Kiswahili news presenter had one of the most scandalous break-ups in 2018.
But she had got what many slay queens in Kenya would call the ultimate catch? Super-wealthy and super attractive Mwingi Central MP Gideon Mulyungi. She even showed off his huge pink mansion when things between the two were going well.
But things fell apart in 2018 when she alleged on her social media pages that the MP was physically abusive towards her. The MP was subsequently arrested.
She added that she reported previous incidents to police and sought medical attention from hospitals away from home for fear he would follow her. The two are no longer together.
She got married to colleague Dennis Okari in a much-publicized wedding in late 2015 at Marula Manor. The wedding capped a long and drawn out six-year affair.
But things were not to last in matrimonial bliss as a certain flashy governor also had a place in Betty’s heart. This and allegations that Dennis was also cheating made the marriage last less than one year!
Before Jacque Maribe became entwined in as a suspect in the Monica Kimani murder, the journalist had a high-flying career that was only matched by her stories love life.
Jacque had already been linked with Dennis Itumbi and Eric Omondi who would turn out to be her baby-daddy. Her last love-link was with Jowie Irungu who is the prime suspect in the Monica Kimani murder case.
As of 2020, Jacque isn’t linked to any man after she broke up with Jowie.
Grace always has a smile on her face but one thing that she might look back on fondly is the break-down of her relationship with Paul Ndichu.
The relationship produced a set of twins but it still wasn’t enough to keep the two together.
Media personality Betty Kyallo’s sister Mercy Kyallo has turned a year older.
To celebrate her the former K24 TV presenter penned a sweet message to her younger sister.
She describes her as a twin, describing her as a phenomenal woman.

Media personality Betty Kyallo is certain she is going to run for a political seat.
The mother of one first revealed her political interest during an interview saying she had considered running for Parliament given her prominence online and her desire to change things for the better.
She explained that it motivated her to see young people such as Embakasi East MP Babu Owino and Starehe MP Charles ‘Jaguar’ Njagua in elected positions but wanted to see if they would fulfil their promises.
That was way back in 2018 after she started her salon business.
In August this year, she revived her vision after US Senator Kamala Harris was nominated as the running mate of US Democratic Presidential candidate Joe Biden in the next US elections.
Some Kenyans celebrities have always hiddwn their family members from the public eye.
Well, while most do so, there is always a season that comes and they open them to the public.
Example is during birthday parties or when they have weddings.
Many have, however, kept their family connections a little quieter and even though they have come out time and again to acknowledge each other, not so many people know that these Kenyan celebrities have siblings.
Check out some of the celebrities with their siblings.
Njugush has a younger brother, his only sibling. He introduced him to the public during his birthday last month.
Ngugi Ndegwa is his name, a poet and script writer. Well, the two bear such a striking resemblance that one would be mistaken to think they are twins.
Media personality Betty Kyallo is launching her salon business, Flair by Betty today.
Well, the salon has been moved from the iconic FCB Mihrab building to a spacious two-storey building in Kilimani long Rose Avenue.
Announcing on social media, Betty posted.
“God’s blessings. The new @flairbybetty launching today”

“It’s not a celebrity salon. It’s open to everyone, and we made it feel like home once you visit.”
Its officially out that Betty Kyallo will not longer be working for Media Max TV station K24.
The multi-talented media personality called it quits at K24V TV yesterday.
The mother of one left KTN on August 2018 after eight years.
In what most people say, is that Betty has also been affected by the ongoing retrenchment that is happening at Mediamax.
Rumors has it that K24 will merge with KTN.
Well, after her exit Betty went live on her Instagram and revealed that when something is out of control, you leave and let God guide you.
“I have seen all your messages after the last message after the show, Weekend With Betty.
Lemmi tell you something, as long as you do something right, when things are out of your hand, let it be and let God. If it was about me and something I did, then okay, that I will feel bad about, but if its beyond me, then I walk away,” She said.
K24 news anchor, Betty Kyallo has left the station.

“if we meet again great, if not you know how you can find me on all my social media platforms, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, Betty Kyallo lately it’s going to be popping and we are going to be doing great things there. Thank you so much for all your support I appreciate You God bless you and I love you. Good Night.”
Avril has been in the music industry for over ten years.
That means she has seen the bright and the dark side of being a celebrity.
However, she is a strong woman and she says she is no longer concerned with what people think about her.
Speaking on K24 TV with Betty Kyallo, she says having known how the social media streets are, she is happy.
“If what I do inspires you, then take it and learn but I am not in the industry to be anyone’s role model,” she said.
“I have grown under the limelight but my parents were very close to me. They taught me how to handle myself and ofcourse I had a good foundation. I am just enjoying my life. If I chose to be private please lemmi be, its what I have chosen.”
Betty Kyallo has proved that her baby daddy Dennis Okari is not a deadbeat.
For the longest time, Betty has been seen as the sole breadwinner of their daughter since the two broke up.
Early this year, there was a heated argument between Okari’s friend and Betty’s sister after she failed to recognise the father in appreciating those who stood by her while her daughter was in the hospital.
The only time Okari responded to claims of being a deadbeat was when he said that at some point he will speak because so many things have been written about him, but people who say those things don’t know him well.
Well, today, Betty has revealed that her daughter has a date with her dad.
“My baby is becoming a sweet little girl 🎈🎈 she chooses what to wear She likes dresses and tracksuits just like me❤️ she chose what to wear today because she had a date with her dad. She loves makeup, lipstick especially 🤗🤗 She doesn’t like cuddles anymore, I have to beg for kisses, she gives hugs easily and she doesn’t like oats anymore😆 I’m happy God gave me a second chance with her.”
The public first learnt that Okari and ex-wife Betty are not co-parenting in July last year. The drama started when Okari called out Betty for exposing their daughter Ivanna on social media.
“My daughter does not deserve the kind of publicity she has been getting. She deserves to grow up quietly and no one, including myself as her father, should interfere with her rights to privacy,” he said.
Betty took a subliminal shot at him, implying he is a deadbeat dad while replying to a fan who was narrating how he was raising his children as a single parent.
“I have a son age 4 and a daughter age 2, their mother ran away and as a father, I took full responsibility to make sure my kids are growing up in a good environment. And every day when I wake up I look at them, kiss them and I get motivated and the urge to hustle more so they won’t feel the absence of their mum,” the fan wrote.
To which Betty said,
“I love this. Much love for you and your kids. I resonate with you because I’m all my daughter has.”
Life coach Robert Burale has turned a year older.
In an interview with Betty Kyallo, the single father of a teenage girl said he is grateful to be alive as his house caught fire and God saved him.
“My house almost caught fire the other day and being alive is a miracle,” he said.
Betty inquired to know what happened.
Burale explained saying; “There was a blackout and a pan had oil and because we did not put off the cooker and so when electricity came back, the oil kept boiling for about two hours and by the time we realised the smoke was all over but God said, ‘I am not about to die and that’s all.”
Burale also celebrated his special day with a sweet message to himself.
“Grace, unmerited favour, that simply sums up the story of my life. Today as I celebrate my birthday and the gift of another year. My heart is grateful to God for my journey. Picked from the depth of despair, having curved my own path to my destruction, Grace found me just as I was, picked me up and put me on the King’s highway.
Through my failures, my fears my joys and regrets accepted or rejected in summers and winters, God has used the cocktail of my experiences to mould, equip, train and taught me to fully trust in Him. Today, I am energised, focused and clear about the mandate upon my life, fueled by God’s grace. Here I am strong and courageous. Earthly things becoming strangely dim as I keep my gaze on Christ, Ready for destiny,” read his post.
Burale, who is also a motivational speaker who basically speak on behalf of the male gender.
“Men go through so much and as a man and one thing out us is that we die in silence because society expects us to be strong and we should not show vulnerability. That is why women attempt suicide and men actualise suicide because of the pressure that comes with it,” he said.
TV anchor Betty Kyallo has advised fellow single mothers to keep strong during this trying times of coronavirus pandemic.
Betty says she understands the challenges Kenyans are going through.
On her Instagram page, she explained what most of them have to bare to make sure their children are happy.
“To all fellow single parents, I know that this time is just a difficult one …
Businesses going down, pay cuts, Being asked to pay half fees, food, essentials, keeping your kids safe and having to do it alone…
Keeping yourself sane plus still keeping safe … It’s indeed too much to bear I know and I’m also having my worries but let’s do what we can.”
“Let’s try there is no shame in breaking down or feeling so down sometimes but isn’t God’s love bigger than our troubles?
Like I always say let’s at least try to stay positive.
I shall be sharing great tips on what you can do to minimize costs during the pandemic but still keep you and your children content.
We shall pull through. More love from this litu family.”
Betty was previously married to Dennis Okari, a union that bore a daughter, Ivanna.
Sadly the union did not end up in a happily ever after and the couple got divorced.
Fans reacted differently and one macjosh16 asked her to solve her difference with Dennis Okari so they could raise their child together.
“But Dennis Okari Ako hai so I don’t understand why you are saying you’re a single parent, you people should set your differences aside, the ego and then co-parent, no child is born with a woman or a man alone, they must be two participants in making of a baby,” wrote the fan.
Betty responded saying;
“My friend learn to unlearn things you don’t know. Argh!”
Okari has since remarried and recently shared his 1st wedding anniversary to his wife Naomi Joy.
“I miss the normal life, handshake, kisses and hugs, strategy meetings, hustling meet ups, hanging out with my daughter in the malls and playgrounds, her going to school, lazy park sitting, going out, dancing, meeting friends, traveling… However this will pass. lets try in our own ways to keep off spreading the virus. lets educate ourselves. We need to pray and act right so we can beat this.”
In a recent video went live on Instagram where she went harm on people who always want to bring her down.
“Whoever is watching right now, I came from work, did my show…f**k everybody out there who thinks that Betty is not good enough,” she said.
“I don’t care because I do my best and work so hard, I am a mum, not yet a wife but hopefully soon. I’m also a businesswoman so for anybody who’s gonna hate on this video and say Betty Kyallo spotted drunk f**k you!
All of you can attest that indeed quarantine is not an easy task and everyone is hoping that the country will overcome this pandemic so life could be back to normal.
