Maina Kageni was reacting to men not communicating well to their women and assuming that women know what they mean.

Women have complained about men who also don't tell them sweet little nothings. "Apparently Kenyan men don't know how to communicate. This includes even saying things like I love you," said Maina.

Adding, "Kenyan men don't communicate. Fellas, this what makes women turn the other way because when was the last time you told your wife you love her? The last time you kissed her on her forehead?"

A listener, Governor Kahuho said, "Women need time and alot of attention..treat her like she is the only thing you lack in your life, babish her she'll love you to death. And that's what most men lacks.. Acha tukae na mabibi zenu coz you don't know what women want..words has power."

Another listener said "What men don't know is that those words they see as useless are important to a lady's ear as ladies react from first hearing the words then emotionally get attached, and act accordingly. Spoken words means alot to a lady then followed by his actions towardsher"

Mwalimu King'ang'i added "Maina I think you live in wonderland! When you get married and have kids things change. This is the reality of things!"
