Maina: Why can't women be genuinely happy for their exes?

During the morning conversation, Maina and King'ang'i had a discussion on why women cannot be genuinely happy for their ex-partners.

Maina was perplexed as to why women rejoice when they learn that their ex-fiancé is not faring well in life.

"Why is it when you hear that he has hit a rough patch you're happy?" Maina asked.

Mwalimu King'ang'i backed him up saying that ladies are happy when they hear their ex is involved in the consumption of a lot of drugs but they are not happy when they hear he bought a new car.

"Why aren't you happy when your ex is doing very well ukiskia huyo anakunywa KEG, Makombe, roster you're very happy lakini akinunua gari..." Mwalimu King'ang'i said.  

Maina went on to say that no woman would claim that her ex is a senior executive at an organization.

"Your will never gonna find a woman saying my ex is a senior director at KCB. When you hear ameuza mpaka gari unafurahia sana," Maina said. 

He then asked ladies what their exes did to them that makes them so bitter.

"What did he do to you that makes you so bitter?" Maina asked.

In response, a caller expressed her joy that her ex-boyfriend whom they dated in high school and college is now a CEO.

Caller: Today my ex we dated long time a go when I was in high school and college, we parted ways he got married and he is doing so well and I love him so much till today. He is now a CEO. If he was single I would date him for a second time.

Maina then asked her if she still loved him because of what he had managed to acquire for himself in life or its genuine love.

"You wish him well coz you still love him or because of his progress in life? " Maina asked

Without hesitation, the caller agreed to still being in love with him because of his work status. 

Caller: Mimi Maina I'm divorced I wouldn't mind dating him again, at least he is somewhere in life.
