Huduma Namba card

Services that you will be denied without Huduma Namba

Huduma Namba is something that the government has been pushing hard for this year. The courts declared that it wasn’t mandatory for citizens to sign up for it but a proposed new bill will have dire consequences for those who failed to register.

If enacted, The Huduma Bill 2019, proposed by Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i might see those without the number miss out on key government services like applying for driving licenses, buying and selling land, health care and registering for marriage.
