Sarah Hassan shows secret of her envious post-baby body

Former Tahidi High actress Sarah Hassan gave birth about 5 months ago. The stunning beauty disappeared from social media nary posting an update or anything.

Then a few months later Sarah started posting again, surprising her fans and followers alike with images of her new-born baby. As of now we still don’t know about the gender, date of birth or name of the child.

But what we do know is that Miss Hassan has gotten back and is in wonderful shape in the short time since she gave birth. And how do we know this, Sarah who is someone who loves motivating her followers and did so by posting an image of herself in the gym post-workout?

The image was posted on her Instalive stories. Her caption read;

One can see that Sarah does not joke around with her body and has been hitting the gym hard after her child-birth. Miss Hassan reminds me about the pressure that female celebrities face when it comes to losing the baby fat after they give birth.

Beyonce is a famous example of a female celebrity that had a radical weight loss in 2012. The singer reportedly lost a huge 30kg after giving birth to Blue in 2012, blaming pressure to perform on the hurried weight-loss mission.


The question on everyone’s lips at the time? How on earth did she lose so much weight? “I ate a very low-calorie diet. I stayed away from red meat and ate a lot of fish, and replaced pasta and rice with quinoa,” Beyoncé said.


“I always have breakfast, say, scrambled egg whites, a vegetable smoothie, or whole-grain cereal with low-fat milk. For lunch and dinner, I eat a lot of fish and vegetables. And throughout the day, I try to stay hydrated.”

The singer also mentioned that she combined this diet with lots of sweaty cardio dance workouts to get her body moving.
