Jackie Matubia: I only talk to one of my baby daddy's

Kenyan actress Jackie Matubia recently shed light on her relationship with the fathers of her young children, revealing that she only maintains communication with the father of her first child, Captain Kennedy Njogu.

In an interview with Trudy Kitui, Matubia disclosed that she has chosen to reduce communication with the father of her second child, Blessing Lung’aho, stating that they do not engage in conversations.

"I only talk to the father of my first child," she said matter of factly.

Addressing the challenges faced by single mothers, Matubia offered words of encouragement, stating that being a single mother does not diminish one's worth.

She urged single mothers to reject social stigma and recognize their inherent strength and value.

She highlighted the importance of breaking societal norms and embracing the role of a single mother, emphasizing the stability and dignity inherent in solo parenting.

When asked about her dating life and thoughts on marriage, Matubia revealed that she currently prioritises her daughters.

"Marriage and relationships are tough. I'm not engaged at the moment. I am a proud single mother of two beautiful daughters, and I embrace it," Matubia confirmed.

Jackie and Blessing dated in April 2022, marking a significant milestone in their relationship. However, their once promising partnership eventually soured.

Jackie confirmed that she and Blessing were no longer together and announced that she is a proud mother of two children.
