On Friday evening, popular Ugandan socialite Zari Hassan addressed some of the questions and allegations raised by fans regarding what is happening between her relationship and that of her co-parent, Diamond Platnumz.
A lot of speculation emerged within the past few hours after a video surfaced showing the mother of five holding hands romantically with Diamond.
Among the claims that have arisen is that Zari and Shakib's marriage has been tainted and broken after the controversial video circulated on social media, allegations that the beautiful socialite responded to, hinting that her co-parent is not the cause of the issues in her marriage.
One fan said, "Zarinah, you are very beautiful. Please, don't let Diamond ruin the beautiful thing that you and Shakib have built."
She replied, "He has no connection with 'us.'"
Responding to a fan who advised against reconciling with the father of her two young children, Zari made it clear that their broken relationship from several years ago has not been revived, urging people not to focus on matters that don't concern them.
"I think you all have baseless opinions. Who told you I am back with him or reconciling with him? Relax, you all have a lot going on in your lives than dwelling on things that are not your concern," the socialite said.
Zari also denied claims of breaking Diamond's relationship with Zuchu, stating, "How does promoting songs interfere with love? If a man hangs out with other women, should I respond to nonsense."
There have been claims that Zari's husband, Shakib Cham Lutaaya, left their marriage after she was seen walking with Diamond.
On the other hand, Zuchu announced her separation from Diamond Platnumz on Friday evening, a few hours after the WCB boss was seen with Zari.
