Eric Omondi and Chantal Graziano are officially broken up.
Eric delivered this message on his Instagram page yesterday at midday and many speculated that it might all be a stunt by the comedian.
When Chantal also posted her own message concerning the split, the realization that the couple might be done, hit home.
And why would such a couple that had been a source of relationship goals (I hate this term) be ending? If one can read between the lines in both of the messages, a common theme was the distance between the two might have been the cause of the split.
While I agree that long-distance relationships are tough, I don’t believe that this was the reason that the relationship ended. My belief is very simple; If a woman loves you and sees a future with you then the distance will not be an issue, she will make it work!
Yes, I said it! That Chantal would leave such an eligible man like Eric is shocking to me.
Look at Meghan Markle and Prince Harry. The two got married last year after courting (do people still use that term?) for 2 years. The actress had been born and raised in California.
When Harry and Meghan became serious after a year of dating, she immediately began the process of changing her nationality and even said she would quit acting! All these, in preparation for her marriage to Harry. In him, she had seen an end and a beginning.
And there are many more examples of this behaviour of a woman abandoning all that is behind for the man that she loves (sees a future with). Grace Kelly, the famous Hollywood actress and award winner also left her burgeoning career to become the wife of Prince Ranier of Monaco.
Kelly moved from Los Angeles and retired from acting at the age of 26. She moved to Monaco and married Rainier beginning her duties as Princess of Monaco. They had three children: Caroline, Albert, and Stéphanie.
That is what a woman who loves her man, does. She will break rules and leave all (yes, family and friends) behind if she believes the man she is marrying is the best she will ever have.
Chantal Graziano has spoken; Eric Omondi has been weighed, he has been measured, and he has been found wanting.
