New signing, Sadio Mane scored his first goal for Liverpool as they beat Barcelona 4-0 in the International Champions Cup at Wembley. Star forwards Luis Suarez and Lionel Messi also played in the match.
Mane opened the scoring sheet at 15 minutes before Javier Mascherano’s own goal doubled their lead.
Divock Origi and Marko Grujic were also on target in the second half to all but wrap up a convincing win for the reds.
England striker Daniel Sturridge missed the game due to a hip injury, while James Milner who recently retired from international duty, limped off before half time.
