Mvera

The story revolves around Mvera, a courageous woman who takes a stand against corrupt leadership in her coastal community near Mombasa.

She uncovers an organ trafficking ring that deceives victims with promises of work abroad.

The film’s title is derived from the Swahili word for “blessing.” Linah Sande stars as Mvera, alongside Patrick Owino, Hillary Namanje, Kibibi Salim, Susan Kadid, and Carorita Mutua.

Nairobi Half Life
