The late Brian Chira's grandmother held a house opening ceremony as she officially moved into a house built for her in honour of her late grandson.

The house built using funds contributed by TikTokers has been named  Chira Clan and name that the late TikToker used in reference to his fans.

According to the grandmother she moved into the new house months after she was given an eviction notice by her former landlord.

Speaking during the opening ceremony, Chira’s grandma revealed that the events witnessed during Chira’s burial ceremony made her landlord evict her from the house she was living in.

“Where we were living was a rental house and the landlord saw many people during the burial and he was shocked.  So he ordered us to move out.

So I built this house in two months, we were building at a time we were being evicted from the other place. I don’t know how he interpreted the large crowd that came to the burial. We were given a notice for about two weeks,” Chira’s grandmother said.

The grandmother went on to ask Kenyans to keep her in prayers as she starts a new journey in her own house.
