Millicent Omanga's public outcry as 'Kanjo' raid her business

She claims that the over 40 marshals had been ordered to arrest her and her staff over political rivalry.

Former nominated Senator Millicent Omanga's business was allegedly raided by a group of county council askaris 'kanjo' from City Hall.

She claims that the over 40 marshals had been ordered to arrest her and her staff over political rivalry.

Omanga confronted Governor Sakaja over the issue saying; "Governor Sakaja Johnson is an illiterate coward who thinks he can intimidate me!''

In the video shared by Millicent, she could be heard speaking in the background saying that Sakaja sent 56 county officers to arrest her.

''A whole bus of 56 people just to come and arrest me sent by Sakaja,'' she said.

However, the drivers and occupants of the vehicle remained calm as she went ahead filming them.

Hon Millicent claimed that they raided her business because she failed to support Governor Sakaja for the UDA Nairobi chairmanship.

The raid occurs in the heated backdrop of the UDA Nairobi branch chairperson race, with Governor Sakaja vying for the position.

The election, initially scheduled for May 31, was postponed due to chaos and is now set for Friday.

However, Governor Sakaja is yet to respond to Millicent's allegations.
