Jesse Lingard, former Manchester United star, has claimed to have "sorted out" the gossip party scene.

The 31-year-old free agent, who left Nottingham Forest last summer at the end of his one-year contract, shared a workout video on his Instagram.

The clip showed Lingard, a former England international, going through a workout routine at a training ground.

And the former Manchester United player spoke openly, delivering a monologue that shed light on his new and improved mindset. "Out tonight?" No. "Do you want a drink?" No!" Lingard began.

Continuing his thoughts, the former Manchester United star said, "This person was saying this about that person," I don't care, bro! I don't want to know. No negatives, positive vibrations, aura, energy, high vibrations.

"Partying? No, bro. I'm done with that, I'm over it. Alcohol? No, thank you. Workouts? Yes. Gym? Yes. Family. Yes. Football? Yes."

"It's about the mindset. You get the mind right. You get the body right. Spiritually, mentally, physically - I'm a beast, bro. A beast!"

This comes after Lingard was recently criticized for his frequent social media activities as he continues to seek a club, with none other than United legend Paul Scholes.

Scholes targeted the Red Devils academy graduate by commenting on his Instagram post: "Will you just enjoy the gym or will you play football?"
