Pst Kanyari finally opens up over sister Starlet Wahu's tragic murder

Starlet Wahu Mwangi, the beautiful younger sister of Prophet Victor Kanyari was found murdered on Thursday at a South B rental apartment . The man suspected of the murder is John Matara andd is now in police custody.

As more details come to the fore, the slain socialite's older more famous brother Pastor Victor Kanyari has finally opened up about the tragedy.

“I am heartbroken; she was doing so well in life. We last met on Christmas, and on December 31, we spent time together at home. We had not seen the man before. We learned about him after her death. This is so tragic for us, the family, and even her friends. May her soul rest in peace,” Pastor Kanyari told journalist Elizabeth Ngigi.

Mpasho.co.ke has also unearthed the socialite's last two posts. Her last post was a video she put up on December 27th which showcased her stylish figure in a stunning bodycon dress as she admired her wig inside her pricy car.

Starlet who was also known as Icey Wife had also posted a message on December 22nd, expressing a Christmas wish for God to continue uplifting her life.

“All I want 4 Xmas is for God to continue making my life better,” she wrote.

On Thursday, January 4th, security at the South B rental apartment called the police who found the socialite's motionless body inside the unit, laying in a pool of blood.

According to reports, Matara had hurriedly departed the area on Thursday morning while sporting blood-stained clothing.

He was taken to Mbagathi Hospital for treatment of a stab wound to his stomach where he was arrested. According to the police, he intentionally harmed himself to deceive investigators.

A post-mortem examination conducted on the body of Wahu on Friday revealed that she died due to excessive bleeding caused by stabbing.
