Kenya Medical Training College and Abdal Recruitment Company have partnered to provide Kenyan nurses with the opportunity to apply for job possibilities.
The Saudi German Hospital, Dallah Hospital, and Kingdom Hospital will employ the people hired.
Only women will be hired for the 1000 nurse positions and the 500 healthcare assistant positions, both of which will be located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In order to apply for the nursing position, a candidate must be a recent graduate, hold a valid county license, and have a diploma in nursing science.
Healthcare assistants are required to hold a nursing certificate.
The wage for nurses is Sh137,000, while that of personal assistants and healthcare assistants is Sh104,000.
The positions of Health Care Assistants and Nurses are for a two-year renewable term.
They will have one week off in addition to working eight hours a day.
Those hired will go through a three-month probationary period.
Air tickets will be supplied by the Abdal placement agency.
Abdal Recruitment Business will give medical insurance for the nurses.
42 leave days will be awarded to them, and they will become vested after the contract time expires.
Job responsibilities will be given depending on one's speciality.
One must have valid Prometric Results: if not, the employee may opt to take it either in Kenya or KSA. Prometric test cost is to be deducted from the employee's salary in 3 instalment months.
The nurses must also have a Dataflow Verification report for the education certificate and the nursing license or the latest employment certificate.
On accreditation from the Saudi Council Accreditation for Health Specialty, the cost will be paid by Abdal Recruitment Company on behalf of the employee but will be deducted from the employee's salary in 3 instalment months
Hazard and GOSI insurance will be paid by Abdal Recruitment Company as well.
The nurse must also have a valid Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) from the American Heart Association or Saudi Heart Association.
At the end of the contract, the nurses wil also be provided an air ticket back home by Abdal Recruitment Company.
