Mulamwah: Why I built my mansion in the village

The comedian also disclosed the large amount he still needs to complete the house

Famous Kenyan comedian David Oyando aka Kendrick Mulamwah has opened up about what made him have the vision to build a luxury house in the village, which he said has cost millions of shillings.

During an interview with YouTuber Mungai Eve the father of one delved into what had inspired him to build the home in the village.

"The idea of ​​building in the village, I wanted to follow my father's example when I was young, my uncles' children succeeded in their studies by living with us because my father gave them shelter by having a big house," he said.

Mulamwah further narrated that building his house is to help his brothers, sisters, and aunts when they need housing because he knows where he came from and how the community depends on him.

The 30-year-old entertainer who is also a nurse revealed how he was insulted by trolls calling him out for investing in the village with millions that he would invested in the city.

"I have gone through a lot on the internet, but for me, my house is my comfort. When it is finished, I know it will be a blessing for my community.

Mulamwah also disclosed that he will need Sh 2 million to complete the yet-unfinished home.
