Kenya Power has announced that there will be power interruptions in seven counties on Tuesday.
In a statement on Monday, the power company said the interruption will happen at diverse times of the day in different counties.
The counties are Nairobi, Nakuru, Nyandarua, Kisii, Uasin Gishu, Homa Bay and Mombasa.
In Nairobi, areas including part of Waiyaki Way, Delta Office Suites Karlo, Total near ABC Place, White House East, ABC Place, Manyani, Part of James Gichuru, Kabete Barracks will experience power interruptions from 9.00 am. to 5.00 pm.
Other areas in Nairobi include parts of Lang'ata, GK Prisons, St. Mary's Hospital, Lang;'ata DOG Unit, Lang'ata Police Stn, Lang'ata Hospital, Otiende East, Ngei East, Southern Bypass, Uhuru Gardens, Lang'ata High School and Onyonka East.
In Nakuru areas including Lomolo, Alphega, Soin Hospital, Lomolo Sisal Factory, Alphega Sisal Factory, Kipkitur, Mugurin, Emsos, Lake Bogoria, Majani Mingi, Sinendet IDP will have interruptions from 8.00 am. to 5.00 pm.
The whole of Gillette, Magomano, Ziara Dairy, Laurel Flowers, Rironi, Wanjohi, Geta Bush, Mubau, Magomano, Miti Itano and adjacent areas in Nyandarua will have power interruptions from 9.00 am. to 5.00 pm.
In Kisii County areas including Kiamokama, Kiamokama T/Fact, Keumbu, Nyanturago, Masimba, Nyabisabo, Nyamache, Igare, Emenwa, Nyamache T/Fact and adjacent customers will experience power interruptions from 9.00 am. to 3.00 pm.
Parts of Uasin Gishu County to have power interruptions include Chemororoch, Mobet, Tarakwa, Sinendet and adjacent customers 9.00 am. to 5.00 pm.
In Homabay, areas to experience power interruptions from 9.00 am. to 3.00 pm. include Nyakongo, Oyuma, Kimira, Ngeta, Pala, Pala Prisons, Sombre, Doho Beach, Mainunga, Beach, Nyangwete, Arose, Kasibosi, Nyaora Dis, Kanam and Chula.
Mataa ya Ndege, Safaricom Booster, Mguu Tatu, Maumau Village, Colorado and adjacent customers in Mombasa will also have power interruptions from 9.00 am. to 5.00 pm.
