Wema Sepetu regrets after her birthday party was ruined by family

Bongo movie actress Wema Sepetu has expressed her displeasure after her lavish birthday party was ruined by her family members.

On Thursday Night, Sepetu organized an exquisite party to celebrate life upon turning a year older.

However, things took a different turn after her mother and brother opted to use the occasion to lecture her.

The two were mad at Wema for living with a man she is yet to introduce to her family.

Following the unexpected incident, Wema has termed the birthday party as the worst event she has ever organized.

She went on to swear that she would not organize another birthday party in the near future. Before the big day, the former Miss Tanzania had highlighted that she was going to celebrate her relationship and all the other key achievements in her life.

“Nia na Madhumuni yangu ilikuwa ni kutaka kusherehekea siku yangu ya kuzaliwa n kuenjoy na wapenzi wangu ila haikuwa vile nilivyotarajia... Inshort shughuli yangu iliharibika sana... Lengo langu halikutimia... Nimejitahidi kufanya kitu kizuri ambacho kingenifurahisha sana siku ya Birthday yangu ila haijakuwa... ... Najiskia vbaya sana...

“This was the worst Birthday Party of my Life nd nahisi sitokuja fanya Party tena kwenye maisha yangu... Naumia moyoni mwangu ila kila kitu kinatokea kwa sababu... Ndo maana acha tu niseme "Alhamdulillah"...

“Had to take that off my chest... Ningekaa kimya ningekufa... 😔😔😔🥺🥺🥺😔😔😔,” Wema Sepetu admitted.

During the Birthday party that Wema has now termed the worst – her mother made it clear that she is against the idea of a man moving into a woman’s house – referring to musician Whozu who is dating the actress.

"I want respect to reign. I want parents to be respected. As a child, you must listen to your parent. "

"For the boyfriend, you have to come and introduce yourself. You also need to tell your mother that I have a boyfriend or a fiance. Not going to introduce yourself to the public. I do not like that at all." The mother said in part.
