Terence Creative shares last moments of Traffic Officer killed by speeding car along Kiambu road

Content creator Terence Creative has shared the last moments of Constable Kelvin Korir who was killed by a speeding car at the Kiambu Road/Northern Bypass junction in Kiambu.

A heartbroken Terence shared a video that was taken hours before Korir went to work only to meet his death on Saturday, 29th, 2023.

According to the comedian, Constable Korir was an ever-jovial cop who was always smiling with everyone.

 In his statement, Terence mentioned that the car that killed Korir had been stolen from the owner by someone who had no driving experience.

“SAD ! SAD ! yaani sina nguvu kabisa. Korir is gone and no more, this video was taken hours before he went to work only to meet his death on Saturday 29th, 2023 along Kiambu road.

Someone stole a Prado from his boss, no driving experience at all only to come and knock to death this amazing soul,” Terence said in part.

He continued to say;

“The ever smiling cop,yaani mtu roho safi, this week we met four times it’s like he was saying goodbye, on this day our car had gone for errands he saw it and said to our driver “wapi wadosi,wasalimie saana” less than 30 mins after saying this our driver calls with this sad news,yaani life is short.

To God be the glory, He gave us Korir and He took him, yote tunamuachia . Yaani sina nguvu kabisaa,ni sawa bro 🙏🙏🙏,”.

Constable Kelvin Korir was busy at the said junction on Saturday evening when a speeding car hit him and dragged his body before sandwiching it with another one that was in front of it.

Witnesses said the car was moving at high speed from Nairobi's direction when it hit Korir at about 6.30 pm.

The impact injured the officer in the head and chest killing him on the spot.

Witnesses said the head was badly injured leading to bleeding at the scene.

Police said the driver was arrested and detained at the Kiambu police cells ahead of his arraignment.
